All the team at Waldens are professional, helpful and kind. I was kept informed throughout the process of marketing and sale . Nothing was too much trouble . Nick, Sharon and Rob especially always brought me back down to earth if and when needed , lets face it selling and moving can be very stressful at the best of times but this team have your back and work well together to help make the whole experience run smoother . Highly recommend, need an estate agent? then look no further .

I have been renting through Waldens for coming up 6 years and they have been extremely professional and efficient during that time. Any maintenance issues or queries I have are dealt with straight away and you are made to feel confident that you are in good hands. I usually deal with Shelley and she is fantastic! She has recently helped us find a new home, and was even like a counsellor on the phone when I was upset! 🤣 Moving is stressful enough, but Shelley has helped to make the move hassle free. We have been kept updated and informed on the process of the upcoming move and we are very grateful that Shelley found us something so quickly. Unlike other estate agents, Shelley actually understands what sort of property would suit you. Brilliant, and I would not use anyone else. Highly recommended.

I recently found a flat via Waldens. Once I was accepted as a tenant they supported me with everything i needed to know to complete to made sure things were smooth and in a timely manner. They never disappeared from my many questions and always prompt with their replies.

The quick transition from property to property is very much hassle free, and everything you would need from an agent at stressful times like when moving. I have been using Waldens now as managing agents for coming up to five years. In short, it was the best decision we made. In the rare event of any issue, things are sorted quickly and efficiently. The best thing is also their gut instincts in finding us excellent tenants for our property. Max dealt with our newest tenants and he provided me with options and updates throughout the process.
