Excellent Quality, Selection and Samples
The selection offered is fantastic and the fact it is possible to obtain sample(s) is even better. I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering the paper online if I wasn't able to see it in the room so having a sample is crucial for me. The wallpaper was of excellent quality and arrived quickly. Great options
Lots of options, and wallpaper I've used so far has been good to work with. A good range of pricing and styles. Shipping to Australia takes a bit of time and shipping can be a bit expensive. The samples are either free or $2 which is nice. I'll be ordering again :)

Poor quality.
I have used wallpaper direct a few times in the last 4 years or so and have always been happy with the service and the quality. This time however the quality of the paper was very poor. I previously purchased the same wallpaper for our lounge(superfresco eden) this time the quality of the paper was substandard. The first 2 pieces of paper I put up ripped as soon as they had been pasted, subsequently I did not leave to soak as instructed but still had some pieces that ripped. This has left me very disapointed.

Well priced, good choicrs
The selected wallpapers arrived within the specified time line. The use of the wallpaper measuring section was accurate. Choice of papers very hood. Prices in comparison with other sites were better. Free postage was a bonus.
