Paid for nothing!!SCAM

⭐☆☆☆☆

Terrible experience with Wonderdoll. My order was cancelled after nearly two weeks, and the package never even arrived. Despite this, I only received a partial refund and lost the shipping costs. Now I’m expected to pay around €20 for a shipment I never received and didn’t cancel myself.

Completely unfair and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this store.

I bought this dress for a wedding and…

I bought this dress for a wedding and absolutely loved it. The fit was so flattering, and it was comfortable to wear all day and evening. The style was elegant and perfect for the occasion, and I received so many compliments throughout the day.

It looked exactly as pictured and made me feel really confident. The customer service was also very helpful and quick to resolve an issue for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily shop with Wander Doll again.

In response to your comment on my previous review -

What’s interesting is that since leaving this review, I have now uncovered evidence that supports what I was saying from the very beginning.

I repeatedly told your team that the dress shown in the photographs was not the dress I returned. Rather than investigate my concerns, you chose to publicly suggest that I had returned a damaged item.

I have since discovered that the dress returned to me is not the same dress that I originally purchased and returned. I have evidence of my original order, evidence of the dress returned to me, and evidence of the photographs you relied upon when refusing my refund.

So before publicly portraying me as a customer who returned a damaged dress, perhaps you should first establish why the dress you returned to me is not the same dress I originally sent back.

I find it extremely concerning that I raised these concerns from the outset and was ignored, only to later discover evidence supporting exactly what I had been saying all along.

I have forwarded this evidence directly to your management team and look forward to an explanation.

Poor customer service and returns

Placed an order and tried to return within the 14-day window. Retorn portal was not working and showing error messages. Contacted customer service last week and no reply, have messaged on Instagram and emailed again as will need to do a charge back on my credit card if no reply in next few days. A tiring experience. Order number 154928. Still keen to return item and get full refund.

Faulty goods- ignored by customer service

I ordered a dress for £80, which was lovely, and was very happy with. However, I washed it according to the washing instructions and the dye came out of the dress in parts. I’ve emailed numerous times asking for a refund or resolution as the dress is faulty, to be ignored constantly. I wanted this dress for upcoming social occasions and am very disappointed at the lack of customer service. I have provided images and a full explanation of what’s Happened. I’ve now emailed 3 times with no response. This is the first time ordering from this brand, and I’ve lost confidence in ordering again.

Return Process

Hate to be leaving a negative review but I bought a dress from Wanderdoll. Attempted to return the dress and the returns portal wasn’t working so I emailed them within the return window. I received no response and have since sent further emails and contacted them using the website and Tik tok but I am yet to receive a response. It is a lovely dress and there is nothing wrong with it, I just wanted to return it as they are not cheap dresses.

Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wander Doll.

I placed Order #156140 for a bodysuit and matching maxi skirt, but when the order arrived, it contained two skirts and no bodysuit. I contacted customer service immediately on 21st May to report the fulfilment error and request that the missing item be sent.

After receiving no response, I followed up again on 28th May and returned the incorrectly supplied item through their returns process at my own expense. I asked for confirmation of receipt, an update on the missing bodysuit, and reimbursement of the return postage caused by their mistake.

Despite multiple emails over a period of more than two weeks, I received no response whatsoever. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for confirmation that my return has been received, clarification on whether the missing item will be supplied, and reimbursement of the additional costs I have incurred.

Mistakes can happen with any retailer, but the complete lack of customer service and communication when trying to resolve the issue has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wander Doll and would be reluctant to order from them ever again. Please be aware if you are considering a purchase.

Amazing customer service from…

Amazing customer service from Wanderdoll! I purchased a dress but I was on holiday when it was delivered, I missed the deadline to return it and I spoken with the team via Instagram and Olivia was so kind to help me and offer me an extension in returning the dress. It was a gorgeous dress but a little bit long for me. I can return my dress and in future I’d be happy to order another dress or two piece as Wanderdoll’s clothes are beautiful quality.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times and still heard nothing back. After reading other people’s reviews it looks like this is a common occurrence.
Even after leaving a review, they reply back to ask for further details and make out as if they are going to look into your query but still do not. I will now be taking this up with my bank as this should not be allowed.

Zero customer service

Don’t bother ordering directly. There is absolutely no communication from their customer service team. I have emailed them 5 times to no response. I even emailed from my gmail account just incase there was an issue like they have highlighted in responses to other people feedback on here. If you are going to order definitely size down and also order from ASOS.
