Excellent service. I researched a lot of complanies and I am glad I chose Warm for Life to change my boiler. They definitely know what they are doing, they left things clean and tidy too.

Rus and Mark were as helpful and efficient as always.
Warm for life fixed the boiler free of charge as they are a service and repair partner with worcester bosch , which is my boilers make. The only delay was waiting for a part that was out of their control. As soon as it arrived they were over and sorted problem. Fantastic service as always.

Russ and the whole team were great. Whole experience of replacing our boiler from start to finish was seemless. Very professional, approachable and extremely helpful with queries. We would highly recommend them.

I was having a nightmare of a time with 2 babies and no hot water.
Two different boiler companys hadnt been able to help but these guys did thourough investigations and got to the bottom of the problem.
They were friendly, professional and worked cleanly.
They explained what they were doing and thinking every step of the way and because of them i now have the problem solved.

Lost heating and hot water this morning.
Called them up and was amazed to receive an email response, and a visit within 2 hr.
Both engineers were courteous, decisive, good at explaining ( using drawings ) and offered a solution.

Waiting time approx 10 days but I guess thats the price you pay for quality.Interim advice offered for hot water though.

Warm for Life replaced my conventional boiler with a combi boiler on 15/12/20. At quote stage they went to a lot of trouble to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They arrived on time and, because they sent 5 men, completed the job within a day. They were very careful of my carpets and surfaces. They did their best to alleviate my fears about spreading the virus inside my house. They were polite. A minor oversight on the day was cheerfully rectified within 24 hours when I notified them of it. I would confidently use them again.

Tradesmen arrived on time, carried out installation of new radiator which needed relocating. Cleaned area afterwards and I would highly recommend for any future plumbing work.

Tradesman that came out to survey the job was polite, straight talking without any flannel, which I appreciated.
The initial quote we were given was competitive.
On the day of the job, they turned up on time.
Put mats down to protect the floor, and were very tidy.
The quality of the finished work was excellent.
The tradesmen were happy to answer any questions that I had.
There were no surprises financially, the bill was the same as the quote.
Very impressed with the service, and quality of the workmanship.

Mark arrived when he said he would and was polite and courteous. He was professional and left the place neat and tidy. I was so impressed I took out a service contract with Warm for Life.

Russ came around the same day of us contacting him and had already allocated a slot for installation on Friday. We received great communications with the team starting a superb and efficient process of installing the new boiler. The workmen were very efficient and completed the job with the minimum of inconvenience but with good humour and politeness. I would fully recommend this company for your plumbing requirements. As we have signed up for the service plan I look forward to seeing them again next year.

Looks good not had it long enough to comment on after sales or functionality of boiler yet

The guys arrived on time and got straight on with the job, which was appreciated as it minimised the time with no heating! I was kept informed about what was happening and given a choice whenever there was a decision to be made. I'd definitely recommend Warm For Life for heating system work.
