Great communication. Kept us updated on a regular basis as to when they would arrive to service our boiler. Also gave us a 60 minute warning on the day of their arrival, and arrived within this period. The service was carried out quickly and expertly with no mess.
Honestly, couldn't wish for better service.

Just had a full system boiler conversion completed by Russell, Ricky, and Mark, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly tidy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained everything thoroughly, and worked seamlessly together to get the job done on time and to a high standard. The new system is running perfectly, and the whole installation was handled with real care and attention to detail. Highly recommended – a brilliant job all round!

5 star company. Very professional & knowledgeable. They were brilliant from the initial contact through to completion of work. New combi -boiler, changed some single radiators to double & a new radiator in the airing cupboard where the tank used to be. Excellent communication throughout, as was their work ethic & attention to detail. Russ, Mark & Ricky completed the work in one day, this included removal of the 2 water tanks in the loft & the airing cupboard tank. Everything was taken away & they left our house spick & span. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I was sent a text 15 minutes before arrival which was very helpful. Russ was very polite and friendly. The boiler service was done within 45 minutes, including a small repair. The invoice was clear and it was easy to pay online. Very satisfied with the job!

As always Warm for Life replied promptly to my request to fit a new radiator and the job was carried out a week later. They arrived on time carried out the work to a high and arranged for the old radiator etc. to be taken away an hour later.
They are always helpful, efficient and courteous.

Conversion from Conventional to Combi boiler and installation of new radiator.

Excellent service from first contact to completion of the job. Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Contacted them about a problem with hot water not getting hot. Turned up same day and discovered not a boiler problem but due to shower installation and plumber allowing mixing of hot and cold water - ie nothing to do with them or boiler. Because they were able to diagnose so quickly and directly we were able to rectify same day too. Could not wish for better customer service.

Rang in the morning stating that we had drips emanating from the boiler. By midday Mark arrived and did the first part of the fix. Later that day Russ arrived and completed the full job (required a new major part).
Excellent service (and glad we are covered by a maintenance contract!). Thankyou very much Warm for Life - a great team.
