Just purchased a replacement 7iE for my misbehaving 4iE. A direct replacement that is very straightforward to fit and very easy to setup and program. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. I am a happy customer ready for the winter.

Having recently had underfloor heating and the new 7iE Matter thermostat installed, I contacted Warmup for some technical support in setting up our home on the app. Anton, the technical support person I spoke with was fabulous. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, talking me through each step and providing additional information and guidance. Had everything set up in no time and I know he will be amazingly supportive should I need help in the future. Faultless service and super pleased with the Warmup products and technical support so far, thank you Anton!

What an outstanding company. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable,courteous, patient,
kind and supportive. From Anton and Harley on the phone and in the office to Owen who worked diligently for a long time to find the fault with our heating but had to call in more powerful equipment. He even took the time to explain the situation to our installers.
Phil was just amazing! He spent hours taking up a floor tile so carefully, leaving no trace of his work.
He explained his findings to us and wrote a very detailed and comprehensive report, including photographs. We very much appreciate this as it
forms the basis for our repair negotiations with our installers.
We now hope that Owen will be able to install the new underfloor heating for us - it will give us peace of mind.

Have absolutely no idea how to work the 6ie mini because there are no usage instructions only an installation guide!! The information online is terrible. The app does not seem to connect to the actual thermostat as it states my target temperature is 10° yet the actual temperature is 23.5°!! It is December and I can barely go in my kitchen because it's too hot and makes me feel sick! Worst product I have ever used.

Had a problem with a new installation, caused by my tilers incorrect install. Called warmup to see what could be done and spoke with Anton who was super proactive, helpful and efficient and within no time had booked an engineer visit for diagnosis and fix. The engineer, Phil the engineer was an absolute delight, very respectful of my home, took time to explain what he was doing and was willing to workaround my scheduling needs, and he identifies the cause of the problem pretty quickly. From beginning to end to end, a masterclass in how to look after customers.

It would have been 5* but your registration process needs improvement e.g. my 'phone no. wasn't accepted as on three occasions when it was inserted I got the note that only numbers were acceptable which was all I had ever entered; the Captcha bot didn't allow sufficient time for the process to be completed; the Place space only caters for up to 32 characters only discoverable after insertion exceeding this number (Just tell us in advance the another Captcha time-out could be avoided!!)
