Our kitchen floor heating failed on Christmas Day. A phone call to Warmup after the holiday period was over, and the system fell easily into place. Once I had paid the set fee, a date for the technician to attend was swiftly arranged.
Phil was very thorough, testing the thermostat and then checking the underfloor heating mats. The problem lay with the thermostat which he replaced and helped me to set up. The cost of the new thermostat and call out was deducted from what I had already paid. It was a relief that the ceramic tiled floor was not affected.
Thank you very much to Phil - calm, unhurried and reassuring at all times.

Great help from Harley with resetting up of the wifi thermostat after our electrics had been disconnected and it loosing it's settings.
He was able to give me clear and precise information and new what to do when I came up against a problem.
Ten out of ten from me.

My issue is with the wi fi thermostat. I recently changed my IP address which means the facia has to be removed to scan the QR code enabling heat management via the app. Warmup constantly tell me the QR code should be on the facia which it isn't. They then tell you to lever the facia off with a sc rewdriver to scan the QR code on the inside which might crack the screen. This year I haven't used my underfloor heating as you can't turn heating on via the app without scanning the QR code. How ridiculous that the app does not make provision in settings for changing IP address. The support team are downright rude and unhelpful.

Rang up with a small issue that I couldn’t sort out, using my email Harley was able to immediately look at my heating system and identified what the problem was (user error🤦♀️). I was able to rectify this whilst on the phone, fantastic service.

I had to change my e mail and was struggling to update my app to get my heating to work. Harley was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, patient and proactive. It took several attempts at my end and he understood that I was getting frustrated. It’s when things go wrong that it’s important to have chosen the right product and company and I was more than satisfied. I had a problem with my warm up thermostat as the floor wasn’t heating sufficiently. I called up warm up technical support and spoke with Anton and he did a great job of walking me through how to reset the thermostat despite not being very familiar with thermostat. He worked things out quickly and efficiently and was very helpful. Thank you anton!!!
