They let you buy a €500 helmet but you can’t get any replacement parts for it. The customerservice is not existing and won’t do anything for you. And they don’t care either.

So stay away from Warq or Blockhousecorp…

The helmet takes 3 weeks tops to get to you the email service is pretty crap they have. But after the last review I trusted the process and my helmet arrived and we'll happy with it yet to try it out 👍

I initially ordered several helmets along with additional items on the 10/01/23. I had since noticed a large number of less than favourable reviews regarding WARQ. I was understandably concerned and got in touch with the company via their email. Well I am pleased to say that along with a reply I then received my helmets plus additional items (minus one of the ordered visors). So in my personal experience WARQ delivered to the UK within a 3 week period. The quality of the helmets are outstanding and I’m throughly delighted with them. Whatever experience other individuals may have had I can say this was certainly not mine. Found this company to be nothing but professional and thank them for excellent service. John Rushbrook

Wish I could them -100 stars. They are great helmets but the company and the people in the company suck. You pay and get nothing back. I mean nothing. No helmet, no email, nothing at all. Had to put a claim in through PayPal and get my money back.

They should, in all honesty, put shut down. Possibly arrested for scamming people.

Wouldn't even give them one star. I read the last review posted and wanted to just cut and paste it because the exact same thing happend to me messaged multiple times one reply saying leaving tomorrow, and guess what...never came after a month of trying.

DO NOT PURCHANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SEND ANYTHING OUT.

If you would like a headache and being down €186 for a basic helmet then go right ahead and buy from this company. How they are getting away with what there doing is beyond me. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Used to be a good company in 2019 when they just started - orders shipped in time, warranty issues sorted in timely manner - two orders dating to that time.
Helmets were good at that time too - the only eyes/face protection that didn't fog for me, comfortable for bigger size head, held well in games, etc..

Completely different story this time in Oct'2022 - order put & paid, and just left hanging as Processing for nearly a month:
- multiple emails sent - no response
- multiple messages sent over Facebook and Instagram - one (!) response 'leaving tomorrow:)' - and guess what - not shipped again.
- no phone number on a website to contact them.
I had to raise PayPal case to receive money back - clearly that's not the way to do business.

What can I say that is positive about this company?
1 they sell a great.....nope that's not it!!
2 there customer service is the best way to loose your mind.
All in all a very happy customer, because I never have to deal with them again.

WarQ your product looks nice as advertised, in real live it sucks. The tan color goes from dark to light, the finish on the mess (that is injection molded) is ugly. The time it toke for u to get it to me makes me believe that u order it from aliexpress, but they respond to questions from customers (something u do not).
Very disappointed in your custom made helmets, u could be the best in your field but instead of that your the worst.

Order a month ago, so far no contact from them and of course no delivery. Damn, over 300euros lost..

Been having hassle with Warq not responding to emails about an order, finally out of the blue they respond saying that the custom helmet can not be made or sent as the factory is closed down.

They are sending a plain one instead, for the same money as the more expensive custom one? That’s €55 cheaper to buy. But no refund of the difference. Never ever order direct from warq your over pay and never get what you ask for and will not end well

I order a front screen for my helmet 2 weeks ago and still have´t got it yet and also email them 4 times and got no response its

If you're an Airsofter the Warq helmet is simply the best head protection you can get. There are cheaper solutions out there, but there aren't any that are better. The main reasons are that the Warq helmet doesn't fog up, it offeres all around protection and it's comfortable to wear. If you get cheap goggles they fog up, which ruins the game and if you get separate goggles, helmets etc there are places that you can get shot. Warq's customer service is good also - recently my brother got one and his lens delaminated, we sent photos to Warq and they shipped out a new lens, no questions asked. A great product, highly recommended.
