Warranty Direct is by far the best extended warranty program there is available. The warranty covers all major parts and minor parts and it's very affordable. Not to mention the road side assistance and rental car coverage. I can't thank Mr. Scott Wenzel enough.

I feel completely cheated after purchasing this after-market warranty. The first mechanic I took my car too would not accept my car under Warranty Direct because they "have too much trouble getting them to pay out" and they were right! My car was finally accepted at a local Subaru dealership and they found three items that needed repair. The most important repair needed was an oil pump which the warranty should have covered. Warranty Direct would not pay any of the repair costs and the dealership mechanic told me they have a million clever excuses to get around paying these claims. My advise, is save your money for the full cost of repairs instead of handing it to this company.

Warranty Direct has serviced three Cadillacs two SRX, and one ATS Cadillac. When one dealership messed up my 2007 Cadillac Warranty Direct stepped up to the plate and made them cover all charges, then allowed Crest Cadillac to facilite the repairs on my vehicle. I would not have any of my vehicles covered by anyone else. Keep up the good work.
