This is the second warranty I’ve bought from Warranty Direct and specifically Bobby Wheeler. They’ve got great warranties, back their product, and are great to work with. I never buy dealership warranties as these guys have the best product at a lessor price.

My factory warranty ran out and I needed a replacement. Warranty Direct was listed on the internet as one of the top rated warranty companies. I looked at the web site and liked the layout and ease of use. The pricing was reasonable and payment plan fit my budget. A couple of days later I was contacted by Joseph Lamanna who answered all my questions and even lowered my cost a bit. He was professional, interested in me, and knowledgeable of the product and sold me the policy. I'm very happy with the price and level of service provided. My initial response is very positive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Good overall initial transaction. The sales rep was thorough in his explanation and the options available to me. I would’ve preferred a slightly lower price. However, they offered the emissions package, which is unique to warranty direct. Good experience overall.
