Placed order 25/01/26. First splashback got damaged by DHL. Then had to arrange a replacement DHL did not deliver on day specified and had to wait a further 2 days before delivered. When eventually arrived half of order was missing. Several emails later and promises of the rest of order being delivered today it still hasn't arrived on 07/02.
Splash back is very nice but it's not worth all the hassle trying to get my order.
I suggest that you change your courier provider as it has defiantly put me off ordering any other products.

Unfortunately, while we package our splashbacks carefully, damage can occasionally occur during transit with couriers. In these situations we always arrange a replacement as quickly as possible once the issue has been reported.
We’re also sorry to hear that part of the replacement order appears to have been delayed. If you could please share your order number or contact us directly, we would be more than happy to investigate the shipment with DHL and ensure the remaining item reaches you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear you’ve experienced a delay.
Your order was placed on Thursday 27th November and dispatched the next day, Friday 28th November, with our standard 2–3 working day delivery service. It was actually scheduled for delivery today, 1st December, so it was still within the normal delivery window.
After checking the tracking, we can see the courier has delayed the parcel — this usually happens when an item is unfortunately damaged in transit. We have already arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately so you receive your item as quickly as possible.
We’re a small business and always do everything we can to put things right. We hope once the replacement arrives and the issue is resolved, you’ll consider updating your review to reflect your experience with us.

The material from the cushions I…
The material from the cushions I ordered had changed from my previous cushions. They do not match and we're made from inferior material. Disappointed but Warren Reed did explain the reason for the material change and offer me a full refund.

Packaging not suitable for prints
I ordered 3 prints and I was so pleased with them that I ordered a further one.
The print had been sent placed into a rectangular box. The box arrived damaged and as a result of crushing the print inside was creased.
I contacted Warren Reed and the sent a replacement. This had been packaged in a more appropriate container as it was rolled and not folded.
The issue was quickly resolved but could have been avoided by taking more care when posting items
