Very poor experience with Warwick Estates. I have many properties and deal with many management companies and by far, this company exceeds disgraceful and disorganised chaos with “TO BUSY TO DEAL WITH YOU” managers. This truly is a dreadful company to deal with in as much that I had to report them to Broxbourne Council to force them to carry out necessary works which the council had but an order on them, to carry out the works. I have now, together with other residences, proceeded legally through the courts, to force Warwick Estates to carry out the obligations and duties that all the other leaseholders pay them to carry out. A very strong word of warning, Do not use this company for your management, and I can say this as an experienced landlord who manages hundreds of properties.
