Delivery super fast, watch looking great and beautifully package.

I recently ordered a Timex watch for Christmas, but unfortunately it was broken. However, after contacting the customer service team, they organised a very speedy replacement. The team were very curteous and helpful (and very apologetic that the watch was broken). I highly recommend ordering from Watches2U, they provided excellent customer service and a quality end product - thank you.

This was a hard to find, discontinued watch that my wife wanted. Great price, delivery and packaging. Great shop!

Received the watch delivered in a paper bag and the box inside was damaged not suitable for giving to my partner as a present.
Notified the company and returned the item with a prepaid postage label they then deducted £7.99 for the returned item.
Not a happy bunny so will not be using them again.

Beautiful watch but the battery wasn’t working. Had to spend £25 on a battery with Timpsons so I had it working for my wedding. Didn’t have time to go back and request a replacement. The watch should have been checked before being dispatched.

Absolute joke! I ordered 2 watches and both seem to arrive fine. I check the watches and both are not working.

purchased a watch on October 4. Tracking says delivered at 11pm at night. CANNOT BE TRUE. MUST have a code and nothing was delivered.
I have tried to contact them multiple times but no response whatsoever.

Had an issue with an order and lost hope I will admit but luckily the customer service were amazing and helped solve the problem so I was able to purchase multiple watches.

Said watch has been delivered but had not then try to resolve the problem and not even get a response for 2 days for them to tell me it's already been delivered when it hasn't

Overall the watch was good value, delivered on time and was quality. The one thing that was disappointing was there was no where to leave a message when buying about getting links removed. This is the first website that I have come across that doesn’t offer this service. Even eBay ofer this. In the future, if I find a watch which is the same price as yourselves but offers that service I’d be going with them.

The purchase was easy and the watch is great, looking exactly like on the photos. The only issue for me was delivery, because the seller didn't send me a tracking link, so I had no idea where my order was. When they delivered, they just left the parcel at the door without contacting me. Luckily, it wasn't lost.
