I bought my watch over a bank holiday weekend but was still impressed by how quickly the watch arrived. Never bought from Watches2u before but will certainly do so again. They were brilliant.

Arrived fast, a lovely watch, I’m very happy. It was also a good job I brought this for myself as the box it arrived in was not ‘gift worthy’ had this been a gift purchase I would have been gutted. But as previously stated in this instance this was not a problem, the watch is perfectly new, as pictured. I wear it daily. Communication was 10/10 I would defo purchase from this store again. A thumbs up recommendation from me!

Extremely disappointing experience.

I purchased a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses from Watches2U and raised a genuine concern about their authenticity after noticing a clear inconsistency compared to multiple other pairs of the exact same model I own from authorised retailers. I provided photographic evidence, explained the issue clearly, and followed every return process by the book — only to be met with dismissive responses, delays, and ultimately charged a return fee despite being well within my rights.

The customer service team was unhelpful, rigid, and showed zero care for customer satisfaction. Instead of addressing the concern fairly, they chose to hide behind policy and refused to refund a £6.99 return fee — which says everything about how little they value customers. I’ve never experienced such poor service and will not be shopping with them again.

If you value peace of mind, respectful service, and proper handling of concerns — look elsewhere.

Beautiful watch at a great price! Couldn’t get it anywhere else, it was perfect and came with its spare strap and manufacturer’s warranty.

I have to say I was afraid to orther from this page because I live in Canary Island and it is not easy to receive products here without extra fees. I had a problem because I gave the wrong address (it was my fault). And they help me with the mailing company during the whole process. I received the product surprisinly fast!!!. Highly recomended. Special mention to Niyah. The person that helped me during untill I receved the product. Thanks!!!

Excellent service and at the cheapest place available - there was even a discount. Speedy delivery and well packaged. I have used Watches2U before and will use them again. Highly recommended.

We ordered a ladies watch shortly before going on holiday because the site said that it would be 24 hr delivery.
We then found out that it wasn’t in stock and there would be delay (of 2 days as it turned out).
The lady we dealt with didn’t fob us off and was very helpful. She made a plan to have it returned by the carrier if it wasn’t going to be delivered on the stated day. Happily it came as expected and all was well.
Very satisfied with the customer service, the watch isn’t bad either ! ! !

Sent me out the wrong item and wouldn't send out a replacement until they had recieved the wrong item they sent out back. Not ideal when ordering as a gift and overall really disappointing experience

I bought a watch and was pleased with it I have had it 2 week and it has stopped I presume it's the battery it would be better if a new battery was fitted before being dispatched it is doutfull I would purchase again from this company

This is the second watch I have purchased from Watches 2U.
Both watches have arrived next day nicely boxed.

Both watches were at a very good price and I have no complaints about this company at all and would personally recommend them to anyone looking for a watch at a value price especially Casio watches.

Looking for an everyday watch and searched various online sellers I eventually chose an Emporio Armani which suited my needs. The watch itself was Good Value for Money and it was readily available to buy made the purchase and was surprised to receive it by courier the following day. All in all an outstanding buying experience the watch itself has proved ideal, I would have no hesitation in buying again from Watches2u.com

why has it taken you month to get back in contact after I placed a review why couldn't you get back to me in the first place very bad customer service and you want me to resend the receipt of the battery replacement why go find it from the email I've sent in the first place and now it's been nearly a yr I've had this broken watch and now I've come aboard and gave it to a child to enjoy with cause it's no use to me having a watch that dont even work I just rather have my money back. after placing a review you then get back to me after 8month later what's the whole point now.
