Excellent Customer Service from Faisal at Water Plus
I contacted Water Plus regarding an incorrect classification of my home as a business premises, which had resulted in disputed commercial bills. Although the matter was initially frustrating, Faisal from the Complaints Team was extremely helpful, professional and understanding.
He took ownership of the complaint, clearly explained what was happening and successfully resolved the issue. His communication and customer service were excellent throughout. Thank you, Faisal, for taking the time to sort everything out and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

webiste will not give acces to emial immediately. Kept looking for the email 15 miniutes and could not find a contact email for them. For a large company liek water plus, it is important to have an email easily accessible.

Nobody listens to what you are saying, you can't speak to the same person and have to go through everything over and over. The same thing has happened twice and it should be an easy solution bur not with waterplus!!!!!!

I telephoned Water Plus today,I got through to them in about three minutes,to report a leaking water meter.The assistant advised me to take some pictures of the leak and send the serial number and account number to the companies e-mail address.All straight forward,I received a very good service.

Jules Sherrill from the Water Plus…
Jules Sherrill from the Water Plus complaints team has been absolutely brilliant.
She took ownership of my case and worked on it for months, constantly chasing things up and fighting to get my account corrected properly. Thanks to her persistence, the issues were finally resolved and I received a refund for the overpayments I had made.
Her communication throughout was excellent and she always kept me updated and explained everything clearly. After such a frustrating situation, having someone so professional, helpful and determined dealing with it made a huge difference.
Jules is a real credit to Water Plus and deserves recognition for the way she handled my complaint. Thank you again for all your hard work — it is genuinely appreciated.

Sharon customer service staff at water plus, was really helpful and very patient with me. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything. She was polite and took the time to listen, even though my mobile connection was really bad and it was difficult to hear at times.
