This lady should be head of customer services if she isn't already!
I had several issues with my account- the absolutely brilliant Jules from customer services resolved everything in 5 minutes which others hadn't been able to achieve in over 12 months- reversal of charges, correction to postal address, clear explanations...this list goes on. Excellent work Jules, thanks again for your help.

This company knowingly deal with agents that basically scam you for the business then hit you with a £1.50 per day standing charge. They aren't interested in helping anyone but there bank balance

Customer Service at its best!
I spoke to a gentleman named Gareth today in relation to the change of contact details for a church of which I am a new Treasurer. It was related to two properties and wasn't the easiest of changes and ammendments required. However Gareth was very professional, listened carefully to my isssues and kept me updated at all times as to what he was doing to rectify my issues. At one point the call suddenly ended but Gareth rang me back immediately.
A very helpful, professional man who ensured he had done everything to help, an asset to Water Plus! He restored my faith of getting a result when contacting large organisations. An excellent example of Customer Service. Thanks Gareth

Fantastic communication.
I was dealing with an issue regarding a unique circumstance over an unpaid commercial water bill by a previous tenant which left us with our water being disconnected, rose, Nicola and Yasmin were absolutely fantastic.
Within 5/6 hours of picking up the case they had the issue sorted, the dispute had a resolution that suited all, and water restored to a vital non profit centre for youth and adult development across Liverpool.
It’s not often I raise any reviews, but the way they communicated throughout the period of the dispute was fantastic. A massive credit to the business and an exact example of how clear communication is vital in such circumstances.
