Great experience

Overall a great experience! I had an issue with the shipping address being changed to my credit card billing address before checking out that I did not realize because I had already entered the shipping date prior to the going date. This happened after business hours and I needed the product before leaving for a trip. So I just ordered another one with the correct shipping address and was able to easily talk to customer service the next day and get everything sorted out. Great service and response time, great product, and super fast processing and shipping.

Perfect Customer Support

Size was wrong on the first attempt on a wetsuit. Reordered and sent back return on Friday, had the new jacket on Monday. I am sure credit will take a bit but super happy that they saw my message about needing jacket for vacation urgently and responded. Perfect service.

Great products at really good prices.

Everything I've bought has been top quality at the lowest prices I've found. I've purchased a Ripcurl E7 E Bomb 4/3 and a Mystic The One 3/2 after buying the Mystic Ease gloves and really liking the feel. Also bought roof racks, the Stephanie Gilmore 50l beach bucket, and a few other things. Everything has arrived in less than a week and top quality goods.
