Friendly and efficient service

The booking process was quite easy. A quick filling of a form and then a phonecall back and it was all done. Great to book with and then to be able to deal directly with the boat hire company.

Booking was easy - did it online. Received a confirmation phone call the next day (friendly, efficient lady on the phone) followed by detailed email of what to do next etc. Very impressed and now hoping the rest is 'plain sailing'!

I made the booking out of hours, but received an email to say someone would call me the following day. I was called by Mark the next day, who took me through the payment process. He asked if I had any questions about the holiday or boat we were going to have, which I didn't. He also talked me through what was included in the payment as well as what was on the boat. Very thorough, very professional service

The website is informative and easy to use. My online booking was quickly followed up by a phone call to explain all that the booking included and once I was happy that I had all the information I needed my deposit was paid, quickly followed by a confirmation email. The representative was very friendly and informative asking me to call back if I had any questions at a later date.
