I am an investor with Wavemark and Mike…

I am an investor with Wavemark and Mike has failed to make payments and has not paid others in the investment. DO NOT INVEST IN OR TRUST MIKE AYALA AT ALL! He talks of being a good Christian but he doesn’t walk the walk! He speaks good with his lips but his heart is far from it.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They start out well and then quit paying interest. I have come to the end of the one year note and have not had return of principle. They are vertically integrated with Park Place Communities which is a mobile home park and I feel they are using the funds to grow the park fraudulently. I have reported them to the Texas and Arizona securities as this is nothing but a scheme to use others money to grow their mobile home park and never return it. Mike Ayala says that they have hired Unified Law as he has to buy out a business partner. I believe this is just smoke and mirrors.

Avoid Wavemark

Mike Ayala and Wavemark appear to be a fraudulent company. Avoid them. They are advertising directly through social media as well. They are impossible to reach and recently sent out an email that they are buried in debt and late on payments.

Total Scam, avoid Wavemark and Mike Ayala

I invested six figures in a 2-year note with Wavemark Capital, run by Mike Ayala, based on promises of passive income through quarterly interest payments. What actually happened was nothing but delays, excuses, and empty reassurances.

The first interest payment was over 6 weeks late, and now the most recent payments havn’t come at all. I’ve reached out to Mike multiple times and every time he responds with vague, fluffy language and zero follow-through.

I’ve received no clear answers, no repayment of my principal, and no reliable communication. At this point, I fully believe I’ve been lied to and misled. This is not just a bad investment—it’s starting to feel like outright fraud, and I want my money back.
