I ordered the Exclusive Mortal Kombat II Realms Kollide Hoodie and I love it! It arrived 04/25 as the same day writing this review. Also communication was good and always emailed back. 👍🏻 first time buying from WB Shop and thank science it was a good experience, I saw they have had bad reviews seeing thier low score on here but my experience shopping with them was good so I’m happy. Hope you guys have a good experience too. 🍻 also follow my insta @cancernecro if you support animals like monitor lizards I own and am an actor in tv and film.

I pre-ordered 2 Gilmore girls advent calendars and never received the items. Customer service is non existent, the phone number is automated and states the number I’m calling is not in service, emails never get answered. I’m at a loss and feel like I have been duped.

I’m telling the WB company

I’m telling the WB company, but Smallville on CW or Wb you need it together, SMALLVILLE started it all , you need to recognize where it started from. You can’t ignore it anymore, thousands of fans see the actual truth. Alan myles and afred cough saw this great opportunity and It needs its respect that started it all Arrow , Supergirl, Lois and clark and even the great show.. The Flash . It all started from SMALLVILLE, you need to absolutely need to reboot the series or give at least the recognition deserves this for a fact.

BUYER BEWARE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The AFC Richmond jersey was surprisingly nice, once it finally arrived. Customer service is non-existent. Call the company number THEY PROVIDE and you get an automated message that says the "wireless caller you're trying to reach is unavailable." So the Warner Bros. Shop is someone's cell number? Awesome. When all else fails, send an email right? Every email I sent to the email address THEY PROVIDED was kicked back as undeliverable. I was beginning to think I had been scammed. No matter where I looked for my order status (which has to be done via third party app) all I could find was an update that said "ordered." It got to the point that I disputed the transaction on my credit card and it wasn't until 2 months later, the company responded to the dispute. Like I said at the beginning, the jerseys were actually decent but there is no customer service.

I made an order for Christmas on the 18th of December I spent 15 extra on expidited delivery (48 hour delivery) it still hasn’t been shipped or turned up now it’s the 30th it’s latest delivery estimation was 24th of December Christmas Eve I have sent email after email and no one has got back to me very disappointing as my brother is still waiting for his Christmas present

‘Fútbol Is Life’

Ordered Ted Lasso jersey ( Dani Rojas) with absolutely no issues. Great quality shirt, shipping with USPS was fast (tracking included). As a Canadian, only shipping in the u.s. is my only disappointment.

Really poor AI customer service
I preordered a box set which was due for release 14/10/24 in May 24 and paid immediately, when the release date came and passed with no delivery I contacted customer service and waited for over 24hrs and then received an obvious ’cut and paste’ reply from Katy who informed me that the order would be fulfilled within 7/10 days due to a fulfilment delay, I asked for a reason for this given that I’d preordered it 5mths previously and again received a ‘cut and paste’ reply with no explanation as to why and then a separate email to say it had been dispatched. Asking again for a proper response as to why I’m having to wait I received another curt response with no explanation saying that as the order was now fulfilled I’d have to take it up with delivery company via a tracking number. The service they use only provides the basics of a delivery acknowledgement if you go on to the delivery website there’s no actual delivery window provided which isn’t helpful when you’re trying to arrange to be home for it. Although it has now arrived I will NEVER use them again for future orders as the customer service is lousy BUYER BEWARE

Really poor company after my recent…

Really poor company after my recent experience, they took payment for an in stock item and failed to deliver it. After 5 weeks I contacted them and got no response. One week later the item was delivered, so it took 6 weeks, with no explanation for the long delay. I have added this joke of a company to my personal black-list and will not do business with them again. I suggest you do the same and save yourself the grief.

I would give it a zero if there was an option! Do not buy from here. Order placed over 6 weeks ago.. still not delivered. Several emails requesting a refund and they won’t honour this. Then worst service ever!

NO COMMUNICATION from this DREADFUL company.

I ordered an item and wasn't given the 15% discount for applying for the newsletter when i paid by ApplePay. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to let them know and ask what to do. NO REPLY. I then emailed again to say I would re-order and use a different way to pay and for them to cancel this original order. NO REPLY.
I re-ordered and received the correct discount. I now have 2 of the SAME BOXSET on order...
I again emailed to say I had re-ordered and to have the original order cancelled and was informed the order had been placed and couldn't be changed (EVEN THOUGH IT HADN'T BEEN DESPATCHED)
I now have two identical boxsets (costing £76.50 and £89.99!!!) Have tried three more times to get return information.
NO REPLY

ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.

Horrid customer service

Horrid customer service. Despite order delivery date ranges, they informed me they can take up to 22 business days to even process the order. Fun times.

"We do provide the estimated delivery and shipping dates for all orders. Please note, the item you ordered may take up to 22 to ship, this information is available on the product page ...
Your order was placed on April 18th, taking into consideration the processing time, which may take up to 22 days and standard delivery times 5-8 business days, your order should be with you by May 22nd the latest. "

All this for an order of 1 item, supposed to be here by May 2nd at the latest when ordering.

Oh, and when I emailed on 4/26/24 to check on the status and confirm shipping I was told this "Based on the product processing time and chosen shipping method information, your entire order is estimated to be delivered by Thu 05/02/2024.

We kindly ask that you allow for this full amount of time to receive your order."

Complete lies and utter disregard for the customer.

Not worth the price and the hassle…

I wish I had looked ot up before ordering. Placing an order is easy but the quality of the product is completely subpar especially for the price. Returning is somewhat OK but then they deduct the discount of the entire order with multiple items from your refund, so that you end up paying full price for the item you're keeping. That's deceiving and doesn't build trust.
Also, sizing is completely off for some products.
Definitely not a good experience and would never purchase from there again.

Worst customer service ever

This site has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a design tumbler as a gift for my daughter and the design started peeling off after two weeks of use, with hand washing. I expected to receive an apology and an offer of a full refund. Instead, they refused to give me a refund or even store credit. Do not buy anything from this store.

Just adding another negative review of this online store. WB runs it through a distribution partner, Shop. Same bad experience. Items supposed to ship in time to arrive by Xmas not even filled or shipped nearly 2 weeks after the order. Unlike some others, I did at least get an email back when I inquired about it. Nearly 2 weeks after the order placed, they say they hope to get it out in the next 10-12 days! So, product ships nearly a month after ordered? Unacceptable at any level. As an appreciation token, they gave me a code for 15% off my next purchase. Too bad I can’t use that since I’m never ordering from them again 😂😂. Absolute trash.
