Absolutely terrible, ordered a ted lasso t shirt and it just never got shipped, i had to fill out a dispute form with my bank to get my money back! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Online order tracking originally said delivery by 13th Dec 23, which was later revised to 1 Jan 24;

Looking for an another data revision, I'd cancel but where else do you get Ted Lasso kit?

Just adding another negative review of this online store. WB runs it through a distribution partner, Shop. Same bad experience. Items supposed to ship in time to arrive by Xmas not even filled or shipped nearly 2 weeks after the order. Unlike some others, I did at least get an email back when I inquired about it. Nearly 2 weeks after the order placed, they say they hope to get it out in the next 10-12 days! So, product ships nearly a month after ordered? Unacceptable at any level. As an appreciation token, they gave me a code for 15% off my next purchase. Too bad I can’t use that since I’m never ordering from them again 😂😂. Absolute trash.

Placed an order before Christmas for a couple of Ted Lasso items. One arrived but the other didn't. I contacted customer services who in reply send a generic email. They had no idea when the item was going to be sent so in the end I requested a cancellation of the outstanding item. A £12 postage fee is also a joke considering the time taken to deliver. I wouldn't order from the store again and I think Snow Commerce who fulfil the orders, run by Rick Simpson and Alexander Cabot Saltonstall should really read some of these concerns.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered .Ted Lasso jersey and 2 mugs. Told me I had to use the shop app for tracking which is also awful. Eventually I got the .2 mugs but not the $60 jersey. I also paid $18 for shipping!!! All of my customer service emails give me an automated response. I’ve emailed them 7 times and nothing. My only option is to dispute it through my credit card. I will NEVER purchase anything fine on the WB store again

System would not honour discount voucher, email support laughably incoherent and incompetent. When order finally placed 1 item missing, website states it is in stock but will actually be 3 weeks late.
Amateurish and incompetent, deserves to fail.

Shocked at customer service. 1 star is 1 star too many. Received incorrect goods late and separate, ordered at same time. App said both had been delivered, one didn't have delivery note inside. Items were incorrect. I have had no response in 21 days, no phone support, email only. Disgusting company.

I would of given them 3.5.
Thing is I order a 4k BUT they Don't change my order status.
I get on touch and they don't know what's going on.
But then it turns up outa the blue.
If only they would of known what both hands eye doing I probably would of given them a glowing review but by blanking me not returning emails it's only 3.5/5.
Communication in customer service is King!?

Would give no stars. No merchandise. Generic email "will be dispatched 2-3 days" that was nearly two months ago!!! Stay well clear. WB shop havent responded to my calls for a refund. Will be reporting the company further.

I placed an order for a personalised (for a birthday) Richmond FC Ted Lasso top on August 28. It is now October and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched. Requests for a refund have gone unanswered. (Refund finally delivered in second week of October. Review still stands).

Awful shop, kept being told my parcel would be delivered in time for my brothers birthday but still not come even though I ordered a month ago and the item is available on the website to be shipped yet my order hasn't shipped, wish I read here before purchasing, will never buy from here again.

Poor quality AFC Richmond T shirt with no delivery notes so can't return.

Just ordered an XXL Ted Lasso jacket and received a small. Hoping they make this right so I can update the review. The jacket quality is decent.

As others have said, customer service is severely lacking, taking a few business days to respond to emails. In addition, their size guide is a complete lie, so you are stuck paying shipping (and hoping to be able to return the item) for an item that isn't even close to the size they promise. Just seems so easy to give a size guide that is correct. That is what good companies do.

Returns are ridiculously hard. The links on their website don’t work to actually complete the return. You have to email back and forth with customer service and it takes hours and days. There is no actual way to talk to a person.

Appalling. They haven’t delivered or replied to my recent messages chasing my purchases, and it’s been over a month.

I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank now, suggest you avoid them or do the same and get your money back from these crooks.

I placed an order on MAY 8th and still don’t have my order. I have emailed and called The WB Shop multiple times. My Hubs loves Ted Lasso, and the order was for his birthday. You can imagine how sad I was when it never came, I take my role as the best Wife seriously, and this one set me back a little bit. AND I’m still fighting to get my order! I just want my order, or a refund, I don’t care which one.

Ordered a custom ted lasso jerseu and got a hughes jersey. Reached out to customer support email and no response besides a tracking number like they sent the right item. And ignored everything after. Do not order from them

Ordered a Ted Lasso top for my daughter's birthday with 3 weeks to spare. The tracking number provided took me to a french website, I have now put in 3 tickets chasing delivery (all unanswered) and like the other responses have only received a transcript of my chat and nothing else (despite their SLA saying that tickets are responded to within 48 hours). My daughter even put a message on their Twitter account which hasn't been answered.

They are a disgraceful company and I recommend that everyone spend their money elsewhere. She was really excited about her Ted Lasso shirt, which she won't be getting for her birthday now. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
