Excellent Communication from the start. Roopa kept us updated at every step, made sure all of our calls/appointments were arranged quickly and was really patient allowing us to take our time and ask as many questions as we needed to. It is very rare to see any company in any sector having a 5* perfect overall review on Trustpilot. I can attest that working with Ian and his team at We Are Mortgages has been very helpful and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 experience with Roopa at We Are Mortgages
We shopped around for a mortgage advisor for a while and we had the best response from Roopa at We Are Mortgages, she put us at ease and no question was left unanswered.
Our offer was accepted for our house on the Wednesday and by the following Wednesday we had already been accepted by the lender. This was thanks to Roopa who was very responsive even late in the evening (9pm) sometimes to answered urgent questions. Roopa knew the exact documents we needed to provide so that the lender could not decline us.
We was also invited into the office to meet Roopa face to face to provide us with trust and to go through our plan together with her.
The other office team were also very polite/helpful when we arrived and we were also offered drinks.

We had such a positive experience
We completed our transaction very recently and had such a positive experience with We Are Mortgages.
I have to admit that I only approached the team on the advice of our property developer and I was a bit sceptical about whether they would be able to help us as we've struggled to get a good deal in the past.
I had no need to worry - Jack secured us the best deal for us and Vickie kept us well-informed with the progress of our transaction throughout. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I can't recommend the team highly enough.
