Victor has done due diligence in assessing whether my claim was fraudulent. That is important to me, because fraudulent claims will drive prices up. He resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you for standing behind the quality of your products.

They were supposed to send me 3 bras for $78.00 but they sent me 1. I decided to buy them on Macy's maybe this would be easier and I bought 2 items that don't fit. In the Macy's website, it says the seller will contact you within 2 days. It's been over a week and no one has contact me. Can't sent them back and can't get a refund. What a waste of money and no one will contact you to make it better

I love the mission, but in my experience, the quality has been lacking. I have bought trunks and boxer briefs from them, and both varieties developed holes in them after fewer than 10 wearings. It might actually be more sustainable to buy conventional apparel that is built to last for years.

I ordered according to the provided size guide. I’m normally proportioned, but the pants have an impossible fit. The legs are somewhat fitting but the top part is way too big and the pants slip down. The crutch is somewhere down 1/3 of my thighs.
Additionally, the material is so weird, I was slipping around on the Pilates machine.
And on top of it, I have to pay $30 to return the pants.

The shipping is pricey and the returns policy sucks but I purchased sale items with the view that I couldn't return them. Ideally I would have exchanged one item for a smaller size but I'm not paying for the privilege so I'll make do. That aside, the quality is great and the clothes are comfy in a relaxed yet classy style. Leggings are thick/not see through. Shipping was quick and most items are true to size (only the airplane wrap cardigan came up big).

Customer service has made a major improvement with Victor on the team!! We have been buying from Pact consistently for a couple of years now, and they almost lost our loyalty due to a couple of REALLY bad customer service encounters. But, let me tell ya, if the customer service is this awesome every time, I will never again hesitate to buy from Pact! Thanks Victor!

I'd give them negative starts if I could.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to pay almost £20 to return an item which you likely will because their sizing is all wrong.
Their customer service is non existent. Pig ignorant and rude emails back when querying the justification to PAY for returns!! I haven't paid for a return since 2005!! The clothes are also very poor quality for the money they charge. They look shapeless and cheap in person.

Also rather coincidental that after every negative review which leaves specific details there is a generic "oh they're wonderful and here's some of their lesser known ethical practices" review to bury the negative. Hmmm. Reviews about how good customer service is without any specific details why they were contacted, or what the specific issues were? Trust them at your peril.

I ordered a lovely looking top and trousers from pact which didn't suit me, so went to follow their returns process and was shocked to see that they deduct £15 from my refund to manage. Ok fine my bad for not reading the small print. Followed their instructions and trotted off to my nearest dhl service point to return, they rejected it so I travelled 30 mins to the next one which also rejected it saying sometimes the dhl barcodes don't scan and that my only choice was to get back in touch with the company. I've now contacted pact customer services twice with no reply. Give me strength I really just want to return the items and get some sort of refund 😂😂 never again!

This company has got it right! I did my research before buying. We are all held accountable for are daily footprints on this Earth. I wanted a company that cared about that and fair trade and PACT like Patagonia does it right along with reusing suggestions for old clothes. I had a small defect in a dress and they were quick to fix it.
As a teacher.. this is an affordable company that I will support.

I want to love this clothing but I have had a number of issues over the years. I have purchased from several times over the span of 4 or more years. They have been good with resolving issues with refunds or returns in the past with things like underwear that didn't retain its elastic and pants with sewing issues. They even stopped making the style of bra that I loved. I waited for a similar style to come back in stock hoping that time would help them improve their products. For the price of their products and the years of modifying, I would expect better results.
I made a purchase in March of 2 pairs of pocket leggings. I have a couple pairs of them from a couple years ago that I love. I ordered the same size (small). I tried them on when I got them and they seemed good. I washed them and when I wore the first pair for the day they just would not stay up and I barely put anything in the pockets. I could not have known this was an issue without wearing them for a little. It's so bad that I just had to take them off. It really adds some stress to a busy day. No one wants to be pulling their pants up 50 times a day. I reached out to the company and got a generic response about how they offer returns on "unwashed" and "unworn" products, even though I clearly stated that I had washed and wore. The pants are quite different than how they used to be. So, I guess I am out $70 and I don't plan to purchase from them again.

The customer service team has been so helpful. There was a garment that had a loose seem. The addressed the concern beyond my expectations, were extremely helpful and informative. I also really appreciate the care they took in encouraging people to reuse, repurpose and donate.

I love this company - their clothes are very high quality, without being overly expensive. Always soft and I often get compliments! I've bought a variety of pieces ranging from dresses & sweaters to underwear and activewear. Their return policy is so easy if I ever get items that don't fit. Highly recommend if you're looking for non-toxic, earth friendly clothing that feels and looks good!

I have been purchasing and wearing clothes from Pact for about 5 years and have always been happy with the quality and their commitment to sustainability. My interaction with Victor from customer service when I had a mixup in an order was above and beyond expectations.

Cotton boxers are the non toxic shift we all need to make and I’m so grateful for this product! Their motto is encouraging for reinforcing the change. Unfortunately, they run a bit smaller than I had thought so I had to get that fixed BUT customer service was so excellent and I was sent a size up immediately. Great product & you can order stress free!

Great customer service. After forgetting to include my discount code, Pact corrected my order and applied the discount code. Really impressed by their quick response.

Excellent and prompt customer service when I received an item. That was defective. I have purchased many times in the past with no quality issues. Was happy that Victor was able to quickly address my issue.

Pact’s customer service team went above and beyond for me! I had submitted an order and had meant to include a spring discount code but the order went through without it. I immediately emailed the team asking if they could help me out, and by the next morning I got a reply and they were willing and able to make the change for me! So not only does this company have incredible products, their whole team is top notch, thank you!
