Superb customer service from Vera
My husband and I love this company and have had great experiences with them and their clothing. I just placed an order and one of the items was not true to size. I contacted them by email and my issue was resolved immediately. Happy to due business with an ethical company selling organic clothing.

Besides the obvious wonderful sustainability practices, the clothes are well made. When I received them they're good quality and fit well. The styles are classic and look good on. I didn't have to return anything. And most importantly, they're really comfortable. Finally, one of my deliveries was either stolen or there was a problem and they offered reimbursement or exchange right away. So five stars on the customer service too.
Ill fitting. Tank top example
I just briefly want to say that I'm unsure about the quality of the clothing sold here. They are usually ill fitting however the best product I have recieved is there tank tops. Unfortunately after owning them for several months and washing gently in cold water they have became ill fitting aswell. For some reason I cant attatch photos of what I mean? The issue is with the fabric on the edges becoming stretched and now lifting alot!
Wear Pact USED TO BE one of my favorites...
Wear Pact used to be one of my favorite companies, and I have ordered from them for close to a decade, on a fairly routine basis. Last year I ordered organic towels and sheets and got great products. A few weeks ago I went to place an order for one on sale item. The item was shipped to an ancient shipping address, and shipped out so promptly that I didn't have a window of time where I could call customer service and fix it. When I was able to call, maybe twelve hours after the order was placed, a woman on the phone told me there was nothing she could do, but that I should be issued a full refund automatically once the package was returned to their warehouse by the post office. Two weeks later, there was no refund on my method of payment, so I called again. The connection quality was so bad that I couldn't hear what the person was saying other than the word "refund" so I said ok and then they disconnected the call. Well, they refunded me a third of my order to my bank account, and two thirds as "pact cash". By splitting it up, I cannot buy anything on their website without giving them additional money.
It's also a terrible experience now to try and log in. Have had to reset password, etc and it's a pain.
In short, I will never recommend this company again, or buy anything from them.
Fabulous Customer Service
First off I love the Fit & Flare Open Back Maxi Dress! It’s gorgeous and so comfortable and functional. I ordered some other items that didn’t end up working out..so I had to return those other items.. But I was impressed with the customer service, the kindness and generosity. They sent me a second dress for a small mistake that had been made.
Disappointing experience
Overall disappointing experience. Dress was nice quality but but not as elegant as the photos and felt a bit "mumsy". The main problem was that it runs very very large - I ordered my normal size and could probably fit in 2 sizes smaller. I was then shocked to find it would cost me £16 to return it. I won't be buying again.

The customer service was awful
The customer service was awful. I ordered 5 items however 1 item was out of stock. I was charged for all 5 items and contacted PACT customer services. They were incredibly rude and insisted I only paid for 4 items. I had to send 4 emails before they escalated my case to their finance department. I eventually received a refund for the item they cancelled. It's disappointing and has put me off ordering again. The clothes was OK quality for the sale price. I never complain online, but have taken the time do so. Buyer beware.
I want to like them but they make it impossible
I want to like them because of the materials they use but to pay $12 to ship one item is ridiculous. On top of that my item was delayed in shipment then delivered to the wrong house. And again for that experience I paid $12. When I alerted customer service they said I would get a full refund- a week later nothing happened and had to contact them again. Then they processed the refund but didn't refund my shipping like they said they would- which again was the whole issue with the order. So I've had to reach out to customer service several times and still don't have my money back. I won't shop here again
I love the sustainable clothing
I love the sustainable clothing, and I have already purchased a lot of great staples from Pact. I've had two garments with minor tears at the seams so far, but the company rectified the situation quickly and easily. Hoping that continues to improve because I'm a big fan!
Easy fix to incorrect order
Victor made everything really easy for me after I received the incorrect items. I sent my receipt along with a photo of what I received. They shipped the correct items out right away and gave me instructions for donating the incorrect items if I decided not to keep them.
Ridiculous returns policy.
They only allow you to return an item via DHL. I would have to travel more than 10 miles to get to the closest collections point, and I would be charged for the return on top of that! I'm in the UK and the shipping and return cost would be close to the cost of the item (not counting the cost of transportation to the dropoff point).
Will probably just donate the item to charity as I don't have the time or money to deal with this. Never using Pact again.

I ordered a dress which I would’ve loved, but it was the wrong size. I contacted the company and they quickly made things right I’ve ordered several times from them and the quality of the clothing is very good.
Love the product and customer service
Made my first purchase and bought some underwear and camisole. Instead of the camisole I received a beautiful dress. I reached out and they fixed the problem right away. I am actually so in love with the quality of the fabric!!! They are so soft and look so elegant!!! Why did I wait this long to make the switch to organic. Victor was above and beyond in helping me with my faulty product. The strap of my nursing tank broke and they sent me a new one and compensated me with Pact cash. This is why I love Pact and will continue purchasing their items over and over.
I recently made a purchase that did not wash well.
I recently made a purchase that did not have a happy outcome during the first wash. I took photos of the areas where tthe color faded (it was a dark color), and sent my concern to Pact's customer service. I promptly received a response that they were going to refund my purchase, plus issue an additional credit to be used towards my next purchase. They were very apologetic for the issue that happened. I was so impressed by their gracious and professional response! They said I did not have to return the items; I could keep them or donate the items to one of their charities, providing a shipping label for donating, which I plan to do. I have since ordered a knit dress and cami. I especially love the softness of the cotton knit dress! I plan to be a long time customer.
Missing order and customer svc unwilling to help
I ordered a bunch of items sized according to their size charts. When my shipment arrived everything was too big. I called customer service to see about exchanging everything. They said no problem. That as soon as their system saw that I had dropped off the items a new order would go out. Well that was on the 23rd. I have heard nothing from them. Just emails alerting me to their sales. Nothing on my account about my shipment or order either. I called and started explaining the issue and the woman, i believe her name was kristen, said my order was lost in transit and i asked which part, the returned stuff or the new shipment, she said she did not understand. I tried to explain again and she kept cutting me off and asking if i wanted a refund, i told her I wanted the clothes I ordered. She again said she did not understand. So I asked to speak with someone else and she hung up on me. Seriously???? So I call again, am on hold then joann answers, I start explaining the issue again, and she puts me on hold, then comes back and says i have to talk to the other person I spoke to. I said which one? the one who hung up on me today or the one i spoke to last week? She said the one from last week and I said thats crazy i need this resolved now so she hangs up on me too. $225 for clothes and I have no idea where they are and no one wants to resolve the issue. This is completely ridiculous. I just want the clothes I ordered. I have been waiting 2 weeks now.
UPDATE: The original customer svc person I spoke with about my exchange, Cmi, called me back the same day, she apologized for all the crazy and made sure my order with correct sizes was sent out. I received them quickly and am very happy now.
