I bought 3 dresses, the Looking Glass Floral and the Black Fit and Flare - I don’t think the cotton is of high quality for the price. I also bought the Sea Salt Coastal Double Gauze Breezy dress - the fabric is better quality and will be good for the beach. I received them within a reasonable time frame. I wouldn’t purchase again though because of quality and price point.

Needed to change a shipping address they told me they couldn’t change the address even tho I reached out 5 mins after the order. Told me to deal with it. Terrible customer service, really disappointed.

I placed an order on June 4th, believing it would arrive in time for a wedding 24 days later. As I am writing this review, my order has not even been shipped from its point of origin yet. I contacted Pact on June 26th, and asked for a cancellation and refund, because the occasion I needed the clothes for was two days away, and I realised I would never receive it in time, but they told me they were unable to do so, because, apparently, «when you press the order button it’s too late»… and -brw- UPS is on strike so that’s why the order is still not shipped…(would have been nice to get that info earlier…,) My current estimated delivery date is July 11th, but it will get here when it gets here.,, I guess. The moral of the story is: for people living in the US this company and clothes might be fantastic and awesome for all I know, and you might get the things you order on time. For me, living in Europe, it’s been a disappointment, and I would not recommend it -mainly because of the total lack of information, and because I’ve been waiting for a month on something I don’t know if or when I’ll receive.

What made this experience great was that they kindly explained why they were unable to meet my request, however they ask shared that it didn't hurt to ask so they further investigated the situation for me. Upon doing so, they discovered they were able to not necessarily meet my full request but that they were happy to offer me Pact Cash for my next purchase. Turns out they gave me a VERY generous Pact Cash gift on my account and it far exceeded my expectations. The way they described everything as well was just mindful, caring and compassionate. This experience makes me love Pact even more than I already did! Thank you Victor!

The packaging was great. Compact & eco friendly. Unfortunately the bra's i bought werent a good fit for me personally. Large bust & i felt not enough support. The returns team provided a label as the system didnt recognise my order number. They were efficient & i received the refund less EUR20 for shipping back timely into my bank.
I wanted to review as i felt the return process worked well

Had an amazing experience with Victor! He was extremely helpful and thorough, and was able to get to the bottom of why I hadn't received my refund for my return. He went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. Truly love Pact—the quality of their pieces is amazing and they have a customer service team to match. Will be a forever customer!

Victor was incredibly helpful. I submitted a comment (not a refund request!) re: a product I had bought 5 months ago that didn't have the same quality standards as previous iterations. I mentioned it got worn x amount of time faster, just as an FYI to help with quality control in the future. Victor accepted my comment AND then offered to reimburse me the full amount of my purchase so long ago!! That was really amazing, I wasn't even expecting that.

Wonderful customer support and experience! The response was timely and was way more than I expected - replacing the product with PACT cash was perfect as I love the underwear and bras and all the clothing actually!!! Super grateful also on the use gently used and recycle opportunities.

Had a garment's hem unravel only after a couple washes which in my short experience with pact was unusual. I reached out to pact and had prompt, kind and professional customer service! I am satisfied with how the problem was resolved and appreciate Vera's help!

I love Pact products and have ordered from them several times. They have soft, comfy, Fair Trade Certified underwear if you can believe it!
This round, I ordered two packs and got one pack plus a dress by mistake. I sent an email to them and they replied within an hour correcting the order. It was probably the easiest return/exchange experience I've ever had. Seriously. Thank you Pact for the awesome customer service you have on deck. I'll be back for sure

To be fair this review is entirely based on the fact that for over a year I've yet to find anything I like actually 'in stock'.
I do wonder if I'm missing something, am I only ever seeing sale items long after the sale started or not on the legit website because it seems so odd to never have anything available to order?
But it makes me very wary of actually ordering anything.
Would love a response from PACT to reassure me or point out where I'm going wrong?

Lori Malone, and whoever hired her, both deserve a raise! There was an issue with my order and Lori surpassed the customer service bar by providing exemplary service. She apologized, refunded the missing item, credited my card for shipping fees, and provided a credit for a future purchase for when the item is restocked. Due to Lori’s adept problem solving, and how much I love the high quality of the item I did receive, I feel very confident in purchasing from Pact again. Thank you Lori Malone and Pact!

The customer service was above and beyond. Even though I had ordered through Macys they made sure to take care of me and the quality and fit of the clothes is my FAVORITE for traveling!! Will be a regular customer and highly recommend.

I was having a trouble with a gift that I needed to exchange and Kristen was so helpful and kind. I shared that I had received a pair of pajamas as a gift because I'm undergoing cancer surgery and she expressed her sympathy and well wishes. This is Above And Beyond. Thanks.

I just received my first ever pact order and I will NEVER order again. Unfortunately I placed a second order before the first arrived.
I seriously question their organic and chemical free claims. As soon as I opened the packets of clothing a stong chemical smell hit my face and my face is now bright red and itchy. I have NEVER had this issue with other 100% GOTS certified brands. I call bullshit.

I placed 2 orders only to have both of them cancelled. After the first order Pact stated that sometimes if the shopping cart is open too long, it will cancel out the order (strange since the payment went through). I placed an order a second time in record time only to have the same thing happen. The 1-800 service number is of no help, was unfriendly and did not make you feel valued as a customer. Steer clear of this company!

This was my first time ordering from Pact. But I found exactly what I was looking for, which was organic cotton products. I had bought the Organic Cotton Quilt. It is the best quilt I have ever had! So beautifully oversized, no one can steal the covers lol. It is breathable but still warm. I can cover my head and can still breath. It really is the best and most comfortable quilt!! And the company is so gracious and helpful. This is the best company and I am now a lifelong customer. The quality of the products is outstanding! Pact Love!!
