Exactly the same as the previous reviews, returned for an exchange that never came until my bank got involved! Will ignore all emails you send, terrible customer service and terrible company.

Terrible company - appalling customer service
Terrible company. They need reporting! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Their website says 20 days turnaround and I ordered in June. It’s now middle of August and still no outfit. They ignore all your emails / messages / and instagram DM’s. Do not bother

Ordered in April
Ordered in April, recieved item end of July, despite website displaying the expectation to be a 20 day wait till dispatch. No communication until repeated messages were made. Unfortunately item doesn’t fit and I cant get a refund and definitely do not want to exchange. Lack of focus on current orders as more focus is put onto new releases. Couldve been great but wouldn’t recommend

Ordered a swim set in March we are now…
Ordered a swim set in March we are now coming to the end of May and still have not even had an update on shipment. I ordered this for my Hen and I am concerned it will not arrive in time. I have sent 10+ mails with not one response. I have even tried to contact them via Instagram still no luck! DO NOT BUY WITH THEM AS THEY IGNORE YOU!
