I made a payment to Webafrica on the 19 June 2026. The agent assisting me at the time confirmed that the next payment will be after 28 days. Today, I receive an SMS stating that my payment was unsuccessful and that my services will be disconnected. This is pathetic and absolutely unprofessional. How can I make a full payment for using WiFi for less than half the month and then pay again. I have the what's app chat to confirm the agents message

Subject: Accountability + Refund for Service Failure – Since 04 May 2026
Hello Vuma/Web Africa,
My internet has been down since 04 May 2026. I reported it on 09 May 2026. Since then I’ve spoken to 8+ agents on WhatsApp, and every time I had to repeat the same information to robotic, generic replies. No solution. No proper communication.
I paid for a service I did not receive. I cancelled effective 04 June 2026, returned the router, yet another debit order still went through.
This is unacceptable.
1. When will you take accountability for billing me with no service?
2. When will I get written confirmation of cancellation and a refund for May and June?
I am done with the run-around. Please resolve this immediately.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing .
The activation literally took a few minutes
I would definitely recommend it to my community. THANK YOU

Unreliable internet connection. I have been experiencing issues for about 4 weeks. My emails and WhatsApp messages are not responded to. I have been requesting for a technician to come through but they keep telling me to restart, check connection and repeat. I don't know if its the router or the bandwidth.

They are not capable to sort out problems om whatsapp. On the end you speak to 10 different people and no one can sort out a simple problem. Waiting allready 5 days just to reconnect our services. They are not trust worthy and will not be recommended to use for anyone

The company contacted me on a weekend, i was unavailable, so they contacted me on a monday morning to do the installation. the person who was coming to the house was polite and didnt give me any issues as i wasnt there but had somaone to fill in for me while he did the work. very grateful for being prioritised as a customer and being given no hassle

So my Fiber was installed on the 17th of June 2026. not even a new line only a little white ONT box that took nearly 2 weeks to be done. when the 5 minute installation job was done on the 17th on the sign off sheet i noted that i was not happy with the installation as the fiber kept connecting and then all of the sudden it says no internet access. since the 17th i have brought this up with webafrica numerous times. first off i delt with a useless consultant and after getting put through to 7 others i finally got a reference number for the complaint. every day i have been following up on this as i am now using my neighbors ONT as they are away as mine is faulty. if i plug my neighbors ONT in i dont have any issues as soon as i plug min in it says no internet access. its a constant back and forth between webafrica blaming TT connect and TT connect blaming webfafrica. the best is the original ref number i got 410299 after phoning TT connect came up as a Afrihost ref number so webafrica is LYING the whole way. the other ref number is WA2857916 that i got that is just useless. after confronting webafrica about laying i got given new ref numbers on the 26th 462621 / 462274 / W2706108 / 33771. still to this date the ONT has not been replaced. i am fed up with Webafrica. i will be persuing legal action now with a lawyer and the Ombudsman as i am done dealing with this incompetence now - quick to take your money but useless at providing a service and sorting out stuff.
consultants that i have delt with : Winnie and Chanelle.
if i could give 0 stars i would.
would not recomend at all.
WEBAFRICA YOU GUYS ARE BEYOND USELESS AND I HAVE HAD IT NOW.
WILL CANCELL MY FIBER WITH YOU GUYS ON MONDAY AS ENOUGH IS ENOUGH NOW

I made payment over the weekend (outside normal working hours), and got assistance instantly. Great communication from the Webafrica team. I am very happy to have my service active. Happy husband, happy wife

I disliked that I had to open a chat to request a link to make the payment, because there was no communication for several hours after signing up and placing the order.
And the technicians were late for the installation appointment and did not notify when they were on their way.

Does not take time to place orders and install the service

I really wish there was an option for minus 5 stars or less because that would've been my rating. The worst service, the worst coverage. I have had nothing but issues since day one. Installation was a problem, connectivity was a problem, now speed and coverage is a problem with less than zero customer support. I cannot wait to boot Web Africa and get another supplier. Be well warned before signing up.

The activation and installation was quick and easy.
From the sales agents to the technicians I am really happy and pleased with the service they have provided for my family and tenants. I hope we can continue working together and getting the best service.
