Bad customer service and bad prodect

When my visor first came it didint fit my speedflex even after trying multiple techniques and ways to fit it on, it came scratched on both the inside and the outside, and I wrote multiple emails trying to resolve the problem but did not get written back once.

Took 3 weeks to receive my order

Took 3 weeks to receive my order. I don’t even have yet just assuming it will be here tomorrow at least I hope. Not exactly sure how they ship out their orders, but mine literally changed from one usps facility in Atlanta to other one for about a week.
