From the first online enquiry to the day we collected our campervan Steven has to absolutely brilliant. He even answered messages in the evenings and on his day off to help our enquiries.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he kept us informed throughout the whole process which made everything so much easier. We had clear and easy to follow hand over videos to watch at our leisure too, these are so helpful.

When we collected our campervan it was spotlessly clean and everything was ready and organised so all we had to do was sign and drive away.

We can't thank Steven and the others at Webbs in Reading enough for the great service they provide for their customers.

Sold our campervan to Webbs. The General Manager, Guy and driver arrived as agreed to complete the transaction and take the vehicle back to Reading. All done within 30 minutes. Very happy with the whole process and thanks to Guy for making it such a pleasant experience.

Well when it comes to buying a motorhome its a bit a nightmare as there so many to choose from private/dealer.
After looking at couple of private ones we decided to go Webbs as have good reviews and good stock.
We saw Steven who said to browse around as they all open for viewing and eventually choose a Knaus Motorhome

Whilst away from home in our campervan I had an issue with our pull-out awning, namely that one of the legs had become detached at the top knuckle whilst trying to pack it away. I went to Webbs to get an assessment to determine whether it could be fixed or needed replacing. I had first class attention from Stephen who was pleasant and helpful, spending a long time trying to negotiate the bayonet fitting back into its’ socket where it had become misaligned and twisted. It turned out that there was no monetary gain for his time as they charged nothing, simply suggesting I made a donation to one of the charities they support, which I gladly did.
I was very relieved that it was fixed, and grateful for the time taken to sort out the problem. Much appreciated.
What a rare experience to find a person with a ‘can-do’ attitude who genuinely wants to help and a business not just after your money!

We sold our motorhome to Webbs. They were extremely professional and efficient throughout the whole experience and gave us a honest and fair price. Would recommend dealing with this company and their helpful colleagues.

We bought a motorhome from webbs and we where looked after by Steven archer ,he was very helpful and very informative.he said take your time and we chose one we liked he said they would valet it and MOT and service it and it would be ready in two weeks. Unfortunately three days before we were picking it up I broke my ankle so I told Steven and he said don't worry we will keep it here until you are able to drive . Eight weeks later we went to collect it and the lady in the office kindly picked us up from the train station. We got it home but had a few minor issues but we live 220 miles away but the lads in the service department Danny and Greg sorted it all out and they were very helpful.l cannot praise Webb's and the staff enough especially Steven Archer .thank you from Tony and Sue.
