I had been working on some websites with Premium Plans and then I had to deal with some quite complicated technical issues regarding domain changes and DNS, about which I have no knowledge at all. They were really helpful, fast and above all, efficient!

Quick responses, a simple tool, great design. What's not to like about it?

very user friendly, nice templates, lot of freedom to customize your website, excellent multiple language option

Waste of time. Made websites but when I chose security option they have blocked my site and saying not to use it. They must not have kept the option if they wanted to do so.

I have a website that is running on WebNode(yllipango.com) and now I want to edit with WordPress and HostGator. I purchased the same domain on HostGator but the link redirects on WebNode Nameservers. I have contacted them several times YET NO RESPONSE received from them... They don't even send email confirmations... Very disappointed, will cancel the plan ASAP!

Everything, I got many help from Webnode.
I have the most small webnode homepage, and not good in english.
My company was not good at business, I had to make new domains several times and damain name servive in Korea for 2years,and very much complicated for me to set up DNS configurations.
They(Webnode team) are very very kind and nice for many times whenever I need webnode helps.
I will make a business bigger with webnode homepage.
You are a best parter of webservice.

Complete SCAM (use others)

I have purchased the service for one year but I could not publish my website. they said they need proof that I have paid for the service I showed them my bank statement and still they refuse to offer the service, also their web site do not give receipt after purchase which completely wrong
I recommend that you do not use them and use their competitor as they are trust worthy

Very very DISAPOINTED! BOUGHT premium plan for 12 month, and few days ago then you typing my web name it redirects to https (my web http) and then shows that website doesnt exist and offers to BUY MY domain!!! Im trying to contact them for 3 days but no any response!!!

Really poor customer service. There is no live support available and worse yet, they don't timely respond to email. Microsoft and I have invested at least 10 hours trying to resolve email issues. Webnode has been unavailable throughout the entire process. Microsoft support is asking me questions that I have been sending to webnode, but they haven't responded. I get auto reply emails from Mike Svacha all the time. I have also tried emailing premium at webnode.com. I have asked my credit card company to get involved since webnode will not engage in helping to resolve. I would strongly caution using them going forward.

Their system is simple, modern and safe. The customer service gives answer and solutions always and very quickly!!!

Complete SCAM! I wasted time building a website on this platform. Then I see if I want my own domain name I have to upgrade to one of their "premium services". Ok, fair enough, that's expected. I buy their premium service and go and buy my own domain name on another website (for two years). I come back to their website to link my domain name and they tell me I have to pay $18 to renew it for another year. Well I don't want it for three years, I want it for two and that's what I already bought somewhere else. There is absolutely NOTHING about having to extend your domain subscription on the "premium services" page. Then they hide behind their computers. With my "premium services" I also got "premium support." They have a phone number that doesn't even work and they don't answer emails. Complete cowards

I searched around and tested a few website builders but finally landed on Webnode after deciding that they were the easiest website builder to use. I got my website up and running within a relatively short matter of time and am more than satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Webnode to anyone who is looking to make a website.

Charged me automatically for a full years subscription which is 95£, without any notification. Costumer service is horible and refusing to refund me although I am not using their services anymore. Money orientated company that does not care about they customers. Watch out!

I am very satisfied with webnode costumer service - really. I've been in contact with paypal, e-junkie and many other companies recently, so I know what I'm saying. Webnode is SUPER. Matthew Smith is the best - he helped me a lot, not only with webnode, but also suggested some great ideas and help (for example he searched for free button and offered to help me to install it into my webpage). All the queries are answered very fast, very clear and it really feels great. I want to thank you and wish you all the best! I will defenetly recomend webnode to everybody.
