You have delivered to my neighbor

You have delivered the wine. Yes! But to one of my neighbors - not to me. Fortunately I know him quite well so I have got my bottles now.
Next time: read the door numbers and names.
That souls be an improvement.

Nice to follow the parcel

Nice to follow the parcel and also the deliverydriver on the delivery day.
Smooth delivery and the package was placed in a discreet location. So when you are not at home you don't have to worry about the package being stolen in the meantime.

The only good thing to say about the…

The only good thing to say about the service was that I eventually received the carriage. They tried to deliver day 1 but said they couldn't park. Then claimed they had delivered even though they hadn't. They didn't answer when calling customer service, got an answering machine twice but no return call. The next day they informed be they would deliver between 11-12 and with the issues the day before I wanted to be home to help/receive. They kept changing the delivery time and eventually delivered just before 17. Not a good experience by any means but a lot of waste of time.
