On Feb 24th, 2022, I was billed $73.84 and on 3/4/2022, I was billed again $84.39! That is $158.23 in less than a month's time! I'm not happy with this kind of billing practice!

have not had any problems with Webroot. Works great
I have been very satisfied with the service I've received. I don't have time to do the community option, but I hope everyone is as satisfied as I am with the service.
Since using webroot years ago, we have had no true issues with our computer. Webroot quietly monitors everything and does it in the background. We have used other systems in the past, and have found most are very obnoxious, and get in the way. Webroot is a wonderful system and we highly recommend it.
It does not always connect like it should and it disconnects on it's own. I have to sign out, sign back in hit the agree button somedays serval times a day this has been going on for a number of weeks. At this point in time it has been fine for the last two days. this is my Wi-Fi security.

Webroot is the very best protection I have had for my laptop PC......period. I will be renewing again this year.
I can't get into my account I've changed the password and still can't get in. I probably have 3 different installations in my name. I keep getting emails that my computer isn't protected something needs to be done or I'm going to change if I keep having trouble.

Wish your company would give the same discount to the next year as your new customer.
Never had any problems with them. Great company
I don´t have problems. I have some situacions with scams. However I could solve by myself making up a restart my computer. Thank any way. The program is ok. Let me to have my computer clean of threats in internet system.
Year one, the VPN wouldn't connect most of the time; Year two I had it, it connected well the first few months, and worked well. Then it started not connecting some of the time, and when it did connect it didn't stay connected well all of the time. Finally, it wouldn't connect at all. It just felt like a waste of my money for all but 4 months of 24 months I had it.

I can't say I've had any trouble with this. I like that it vets websites for me but otherwise the main thing is that it has never annoyed me.

It checks my devices and gives me feedback. I feel it is protecting me from the myriads of viruses out there. What more could I ask for
Webroot is the best because it works!!! The program is great because it does everything in the background and does not bother you all the time like other security programs. I have used Webroot for over 10 years and it was best decision I made.

I have not had any problems that I know of. Webroot has served me well so far.
