Server upgrade without any problems
We decided on Webtropia in July 2017 and started with a basic VPS server to try-out and were pleased with the service. Today we had our VPS server upgraded by Webtropia which went very smoothly. Great commercial customer support
Great commercial customer support, activation was a bit tricky but with their help we solved it in a satisfactory timing. They are also very polite. Their technical support also is very helpful. The only downside I'm finding is that they don't have right now a backup system which covers the server with snapshots, which prevents me some critical operations. Apart from that they're doing a great job.

Linux servers highly recommended!
Linux servers are to be highly recommended. Beside a few minor outages that barely ever last longer than a few minutes they're very reliable.
Support works quick and provides constructive help in resolving issues.
