Hamper never received.
Placed an order in November for pre-Christmas delivery. Got an email on 22nd December to say DPD were having issues, then an email Christmas Eve to say order completed. It’s now 31st December and nothing received, no update offered and no tracking info given. Requested refund.
Don't waste your time
After several spam mails offering a hamper delivery before Xmas I ordered submitting card details. No answer so I emailed, called, left messages, texted and watts apped. Took days to force a response which just said they are too busy. Abismal. Dont waste your time.

We ordered some food items (meat pack, vegetables, cheeses etc) and these were delivered promptly and of good standard.
Although a little expensive, it was great to be able to order food, pick a delivery date without issue and the items all arrived as expected (although the cheese was a bit wet as the cool bag had defrosted and was slightly split so the water had leaked out).
Overall, pleased with the service and experience.
