We dropped in to the Dundrum branch on a very busy Saturday to have a look at engagement rings that I saw online.
We got chatting with Ryan and he was great, we didn't have an appointment but he took good time with us. We left with a completely different ring to what I wanted but a much better one.

Bought a watch for my partner recently,it had a small issue and we took it back to the store in Dundrum where we dealt with Paul , he took the watch in for technical assessment and informed us it did in fact have a manufacturing fault .
He was more than apologetic and professional where he offered to have the watch repaired or exchange.
He invited us to the store today where he was so genuine and helpful and placed a number of watches for my partner Louis to choose from .
Which he did and we are extremely happy with the new choice .
Paul is a credit to weirs and we found him relaxed , honest and genuinely helpful to us .
Thank you Paul for your patience and your understanding and thank you to weir and sons for an incredible service that you offer in abundance.

Excellent delivery service beautifully packaged

Had a lovely experience buying a Hamilton watch from lady named Saoirse in the fashion department at the weekend. Was very familiar with the watch was so polite and made sure we were looked after as the shop was very busy at the time, made sure I was happy with everything before I left. A lovely experience with weirs and customer service was a 10/10 would definitely come back to weirs again.

We (a couple of professionals aged 30 and 28) had travelled to Dublin with a number of appointments to discuss engagement rings with a very sizeable budget. We could not believe the ignorance of the lady we met. She was completely disinterested and extremely condescending. She barely showed us a ring and was not interested in listening to us. We explained what we wanted in a ring and she agreed to confirm a price with us in the following couple of days - To this day we have not received any correspondence from her or anyone at Weir & Sons. We were an inconvenience in her day and unfortunately for her she lost a sale. We will be most definitely be avoiding Weir & Sons for any future jewellery needs and the arrogance of this particular lady.
