We visit the Weldom Cavaillon store every week, they have wonderful ,helpful staff and go out of their way to help everybody. We bought a lot of wood yesterday and rented the van to take to our home nearby, Florian helped us and it was wonderful. Very Kind, Very professional ! Thank you ! Nous allons au magasin Weldom de Cavaillon toutes les semaines. Le personnel est formidable et toujours prêt à aider. Hier, nous avons acheté beaucoup de bois et loué une camionnette pour le transporter jusqu'à notre maison, située à proximité. Florian nous a aidés et c'était vraiment super. paid with cash, they refused to give me the change. Thieves and liars.

Paid with a 50euros note for 20euros worth of cement. Althought the cashier admitted that the fault was his, they refused to give me back my money. I spoke to a manager, who was rude, and told me that company policy does not allow her to give me back the money. The offered the "option" of a cashback. Of course it was not an "option" as there was no other way of retrieving my money. This policy does not make sense as I was not handling a return, I was making a purchase. The manager lied to my face about the law.
I had previously been a loyal customer for over two decades. Obviously, my custom was not appreciated and I shall not make the mistake of trusting a weldom employee with money ever again.

This is the best hardware store in the South west of France. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, even though I cannot speak French properly. They are respectful and the lady on the cash desk is wonderful. I try and use them for everything
