Great costumer service! Thank you!

I was having a few issues with my Wellis Libra. The dealership I got it from is no longer going to carry this brand and they were less than helpful. However, after contacting Wellis via email, VICTOR has been awesome. Being on EST and him on PST he offered extended hours to talk and took care of my issues.

I was having problems with my UV-C for…

I was having problems with my UV-C for several years until I was able to speak with Victor Ruiz, Customer Service Manager, Wellis USA Inc. He shipped me out a new Ozone generator that replaces the constantly defective UV-C and everything has worked fantastic since. His support and assistance were the keys to correcting the only issue I have had since owning a Wellis. Thank you so much Victor!!

Poor customer service

Contacted Wellis as my control panel had stopped working. Sent them pictures of everything they requested, 4 times as they kept asking for the same thing I had already sent. Asked them specifically if the part they suggested would work with their WE1 operating system. Purchased said part and paid someone to fit it. Only for it not to work with the operating system. Contacted them 3 times now and no response. Spent hundreds of pounds and hot tub still not working and being ignored. Happy to take your money but then ignore you.

Did as instructed below in the response to my review. And guess what, still nothing.

Extremely disappointing – never again Wellis

I deeply regret purchasing the Wellis Huron Hydro bathtub (and any other Wellis items).
The design is terrible, the controls are outdated and frustrating to use, and the jets are weak and poorly positioned. Nothing about this product feels remotely premium — and unfortunately, that applies to other Wellis sanitary items we've bought as well.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. They promised a 15% discount as compensation but never followed through. Communication is slow, and support is virtually non-existent.

Overall, the entire experience has felt like buying cheap, low-quality “Chinese” products at a premium price. I will never buy anything from Wellis again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this brand.
