Smooth Purchase, Great Product, and Exceptional Sales Support

Purchasing the Wellis Monaco hot tub has been an overall very positive experience for us. The quality, comfort, and functionality of the spa fully meet our expectations – it truly enhances our everyday life.

There was a minor issue during installation, as some of the modules had just been newly introduced and their integration posed a technical challenge for the company's technicians. Nevertheless, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

I would especially like to highlight Alexandra Nagy, our sales representative, who supported us throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and proactive – whenever we had questions or specific needs, she always found the best solution. Her approach and customer-centric attitude greatly contributed to making this purchase such a positive experience.

Kundendienst - unterirdisch ....

Ich bin Besitzer eines Spas Rio Grande aus dem Hause Wellis. Ich war beim Kauf von der Funktionalität und den gebotenen Features überzeugt und habe mich somit für Wellis entschieden.

Das Spa wurde 2019 verbaut und Ende letzten Sommers war die Abdeckung nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Somit habe ich im Oktober einen Ersatz über meinen Händler bestellt.
Bis heute, fast 9 Monate später, habe ich leider keinen Ersatz bekommen, mein Händler kann auch nicht weiterhelfen.
Es ist einmal eine Abdeckung geliefert worden, leider die Falsche.

Ansonsten keine Reaktion, Ich kenne die detaillierten Gründe hierfür nicht, aber das ist grottenschlechter Kundendienst.

Ich habe Wellis angeschrieben, sogar den Geschäftsführer, mit der Bitte sich das Problem noch einmal anzusehen, um mir hier kurzfristig einen Ersatz zukommen zu lassen. Bis jetzt keine Reaktion...

Ich kann nur jedem abraten ein solches Produkt zu kaufen!

"Wellis PREMIUM WHIRLPOOLS" wie in der Werbung beschrieben ist - das kann ich leider nicht bestätigen ...

Ich hoffe immer noch auf eine neue Abdeckung - mal sehen was passiert!

I own a Rio Grande spa from Wellis. When I purchased it, I was impressed by its functionality and features, so I decided to go with Wellis.

The spa was installed in 2019, and by the end of last summer, the cover was no longer usable. So, I ordered a replacement from my dealer in October.
To date, almost nine months later, I unfortunately haven't received a replacement, and my dealer can't help either.

A cover was delivered once, but unfortunately, the wrong one.

Otherwise, no response. I don't know the specific reasons for this, but this is abysmal customer service.

I wrote to Wellis, even the managing director, asking them to take another look at the problem so they could send me a replacement as soon as possible. So far, no response...

I can only advise everyone against buying such a product!

"Wellis PREMIUM WHIRLPOOLS" as advertised – unfortunately, I can't confirm that...

I'm still hoping for a new cover – we'll see what happens!

02.07.2025 Update - it's getting worse
The support team responded to my rating and asked me to report my case in the Wellis document ... I did that immediately - goes what happened so far - NOTHING!

I don't know what to say and what to do next ...

There is no customer support for this…

There is no customer support for this SPA. I've reached out to local dealers, Headquarters, email, chat, phone calls and I can't get replacement pillows. One dealer thinks he has a part that will work but said it costs $258 for 3 foam pillows. Stay away and by a USA brand. UPDATE: I contacted Wellis as per their reply 06/12/25 and will update with results.

For that price the hot tub is acceptable

I bought a Pluto hot tub two years ago. The motor broke down after a year of usage and I had to call customer service several times, until they got me an appointment to get it fixed. Apart from that the hot tub is working well. The rating for customer service: 2/5, for the hot tub: 4/5

Poor quality and customer support, limited warranty

We bought a Palermo spa two years ago, the jets are falling apart after a year and also other parts had to be changed. The warranty covers none of them. Customer support non existing, it takes weeks to contact the service and make an appointment. Call center mostly unavailable.

We bought our jacuzzi last August. We love it. Having a relaxing bath after a stressful day is priceless. You should spend some time with learning how to manage water quality, but if you have got it, you can enjoy the spa experience with 10 mins control time per week.

We bought the Danube jakuzzi at the Wellis saloon, where the salesman Csaba was absolutely aware of all the information we needed. The pool itself is super and looks amazing. However we needed to do a lot of preparations before it got its own place. The person who adjusted the system was very attentive informative and friendly. So far we have been satisfied with it. It is easy to use and maintain.

Bumpy start, great outcome.

I had to chase the service team, which took 3 weeks to have the prepaid installation appointment for my delivered jacuzzi, they had some internal error and my request was not shown beforehand. Then during the installation, the ambient light was not working, so I needed to wait for another week to have everything up and running but now it is perfect and I am happy with the product!

It looks nice 👍

Im also happy because wellis focuses on energy efficiency which is super important for us. When I was designing the house I tried to choose eco stuff like insolation, smart heating etc, and now I have a hot tub that fits in that same logic. It holds heat very well and doesn’t take ages to warm up. Im outside way more now because of it. It looks nice on the deck too. Easy to clean, no fuss. So yah. Prague for everyone!!!
