I've placed an order on the website. By mistake, I've ordered duplicated items, so I have reached out to Wemoto's customer support via e-mail asking if it would be possible to correct it. Lydia Newberry got back to me within 10 minutes, confirming the order had been corrected.
I then had issues with DPD, as my order wasn't delivered and was nowhere to be seen. I was advised to ask the sender to contact DPD so they could open an investigation.
I've contacted Wemoto on the same email thread, and called as well, having spoken to Lydia, who promptly contacted DPD and solved the mystery.

I have confirmed that my order is correct, and really would like to give a shoutout to Lydia and Wemoto's customer service.

Will definitely buy from them again!

Unfortunately the items I bought weren't fit for purpose. A fuel pump that stopped working after 4 uses and an ignition coil that doesn't have enough oomph - engine cuts out over 7k revs. It's cost me a lot of money as I wasn't sure what the problem was - brand new coil and still not working - so it went to the garage for diagnostics and they've had to get a genuine Yamaha part to replace it.

bought a motorcycle stator from Wemoto to replace one bought from ebay that had failed after two years, so i thought i'd buy a higher quality one as Wemoto have a good reputation. When it arrived it was exactly the same as the one for half the price which had failed, right down to the model number stamped on it.
Paid twice as much for exactly the same cheap item.
Emailed proof and within 4 working days Wemoto price matched and refunded the difference, excellent.

Great range for less common UK classic bikes.

Very good price. Only downside is placing a order to Ireland paid for delivery. But then had to pay customs charge here nearly the same price I paid wemoto for delivery.

Never had a problem ordering parts and getting them delivered in a sensible time frame.

Ordered a hard to find fuel cap for my 2006 Honda shadow vt125. Very well packaged and arrived on time.

Status still says "packing" after 4 days. They need to check on this packer, make sure he's still alive and if he is, sack him.

Ordered a starter motor repair kit for my Kawasaki ZX7R which arrived quickly via Royal Mail and contained all the parts I needed to refurb the starter motor. Very impressed with the product and the company.

Great company, always keep you informed about your order, however i wish they would use a different courier company, DPD are useless and always mess up deliveries which is so frustrating, otherwise I'd give Wemoto 5 stars1
