Great company to deal with, Excellent customer service, can speak to someone very quickly and they can deal with your issue. Also , amazingly fast delivery. I had to return a wing mirror which was a simple process and once it had been received, a credit note was issued ( or a refund if I wanted it)

We refreshed the coolant in my bike because it was not cooling properly. When this didn't work we ordered a new thermostat and washer. These were ordered at 7pm on Sunday evening and were delivered by our nice smiley postman Tuesday morning . Now if that's not excellent service I don't know what is. Awesome, keep up the good work.🤔🤓🏍️

Very good parts company at a more than reasonable price

Contacted wemoto enquiring about a part they got back to me the same day and once confirmed I ordered the said part. It was Friday night they dispatched on Saturday with Free delivery. What a fantastic service 👏👍 Thank you so much 😊

ordered a indicator for my bike the wrong one turned
up {my fault} so sent it back with the right one i needed and within 3 days the correct one turned up and a refund for difference in price fantastic service and excellent customer service on phone as well will defintly be using wemoto from now on cant fault them

I've used Wemoto for years, they never let me down. Only once has there been a mistake and they immediately rectified the issue 1st class the day after.
I can only recommend Wemto for all your bike parts.

Needed parts due to someone knocking my bike over, searched eBay for hours (as its an unusual bike), to no avail, then found this site. Every OEM part under the sun for what I assume is cost price! Brilliant.

The ordering process was fine and ‘dispatched’ notice given before end of day Monday. The tracking link continually said, ‘error try again’ so I had no idea of when it was due. The problem now is their DPD courier. They only give notice of delivery on the day, in this case just before 10am on Thursday for delivery around 5pm, (DPD have previously given me 2 hours notice as though no one works and just lives at home). I requested redelivery to my next but next door neighbour. Turns out when I finally got the Parts 4pm Friday the driver states they don’t have to find the redirected address if its not next door to my property. The driver can decide what neighbour he gives my parcel to and even considered giving it to the crazy neighbour everybody avoids. This isn’t acceptable and because of this I have no plans to use Wemoto again. Packaging of parts was simply a plastic bag, no damage other than bashed box. Think I paid £8 for delivery, surely Royal Mail could have handled this small package for the same price and faster.

Update: It should not be down to the driver to decide who the parcel is given to. They should deliver to the given address. I do not trust their drivers to ‘leave safe’ as I do our Postman. Choice would be nice even for a few pound more.

One trimming belt put in bag of service parts for my 900 Ducati so garage , charged me for time spent getting second to finish gob ,told this to wemoto / hard luck mate!

I got it Friday 30th!
I was amazed! I really did not expect delivery so fast, esp with the current strike issues.

I ordered 2 motorbike front bulbs they were really hard to get hold off because the age of the bike!this wemoto had them in stock and only took 3 days for them to arrive.they are a great shop to deal with safe and sound and will definitely shop there again thankyou....
