I was looking for a cheese stack for a wedding cake and decided to order the pork pie and cheese cake.
After I ordered, I reached out to them to confirm delivery and we discovered an error in the processing of the order. The problem was quicky resolved and I am extremely happy with the delivery.
I recommend West Country Cheese to anyone having a special celebration.

I ordered a sample set of cheeses in preparation for my wedding 'cheese' cake. I ordered two sets, because we were doing a tasting session with some friends..it was a lot of cheese! I appreciated someone calling me to check this wasn't a mistake, it showed they cared. The cheese's themselves are amazing! We are going to have a hard time deciding which ones to use. It is great that they will give advice on helping me to do that too (making sure the cheese wheels are the right size etc). I also believe the prices are reasonable too.

I ordered seven cheese hampers in December obviously ordered as Christmas gifts.

When they arrived, they were beautifully presented and looked very impressive. On closer inspection however, the Blue and the Brie were only a matter of days away from their use by dates, and, on that basis, definitely couldn't be given out as Christmas gifts!!

On contacting the company, they agreed to replace the Blue Cheese, which only had three days left until the use by date, but refused to replace the Brie informing me that a week until the use by date on the Brie was apparently quite acceptable!! I was left with no choice but to re-order exactly the same Brie from another source to put in the hampers which had a use by date of three weeks following receipt, which in my book is a far more acceptable length of time.

I now have a freezer full of Blue and Brie, which is great as I love cheese and I can munch at leisure, which is really just as well!!

Lovely hampers and tasty cheeses, but if you order from this company, you need to request that you receive cheese carrying an acceptable use by date!!
