DO NOT BUY! I purchased what I thought was 50p coin then a month later they tried to take £30 as a monthly subscription. Luckily my bank blocked it

Great company…

Small wait on phone but kept upto date on wait. Initial call handler was polite and helpful. He quickly passed me to the correct department. Again, a good experience. The man sounded genuinely cheerful and he explained everything and sent e-mail to again explain. Great experience.

Do not buy. Misleading. I was scammed

I purchased a 50p coin that was about £4. When I was ordering I specifically declined any option of subscription, however, after a month I was abruptly charged £31.98 for another 50p coin in the collection as a subscription. I declined the subscription. Abysmal.

Quite misleading

Initially, I believed I was purchasing a single item,. However, I have since discovered that I inadvertently subscribed to what appears to be a never-ending collection. Upon reviewing my bank account, I was horrified to find that I have spent over £300 between november 2025 and march 2026 on products that do not meet my expectations.

I find the marketing approach to be quite misleading, as it was not clear at the time of the purchase that I was entering into a subscription. This has been a rather disheartening experience for me, I have since cancelled the subscription

It was a good experience

It was a good experience, we're a couple of flaurs in the beginning, but i think overall it was a 95% good.
It was my first time, but i only want the one coin for keeps to pass down in years to come.
Hopefully I can get more but only what I wish for with no subscription.

Ending subscription

I really appreciated how easy the process was to end a subscription. I was worried I was going to be hard sold to stay and pressured to continue.

Do not buy a special offer coin they…

Edit:

I have just recieved an email demanding money for the subscription I never agreed to for coins that were never delivered, by post they sent me an invoice but no coins.

Reading the negative reviews since mine it appears this company IS USING ILLEGAL PRACTICES AND IS STILL DOING SO NOW.

Do not buy a special offer coin they make this into a subscription with the next coin costing almost £40 they do this by adding a sentence mentioning a subscription that nobody reads because they think they are buying one coin its very misleading and should be made illegal

Scammers

Absolute scam I bought a £3 coin last month and this month I was charged £32 without my knowledge. They are scammers. Furthermore Westminister Collection flagged this reviewamd tried to delete it further showing how much of a scamming company they are.

Having contacted The Westminster team…

Having contacted The Westminster team by phone I was put on hold as there were 7 people ahead of me but I was always told how many were always ahead and I was soon séen.
I explained my situation and it was quickly resolved by a polite person who was clear and friendly

I've bought one coin in promotion from them ' Concord ' £3.45 and after that they try charge me for new purchase which one I didn't order from them.
Problem with comunicarion ...

I’ve had the same experience as others…

I’ve had the same experience as others being signed up to a subscription without my knowledge. I can see Westminster Collection responding saying they wouldn’t do this and that it’s clearly explained on the website, but that’s simply not true.

At the end of my transaction, I was given the option to sign up to something and I specifically chose “no”. Despite that, two months later I’ve been billed £32, and I haven’t even received the 50p item I paid around £4 for.

Westminster Collection it feels intentional, and it’s wrong.

I collect coins too and it’s a shame because it’s not worth the hassle in the future
