I recently purchased a flat through Weston Homes, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. The Brentwood sales team (Rich, Teresa) was incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning. They answered all my questions, explained clearly and made the whole process less stressful.

The apartment itself is amazing. The finishing touches make all the difference. It is scary buying off plan but as a development company you can really see how much pride they take in their work. It is better than I imagined.
After I moved in, I was assigned an after care personnel. I had a few snags (as expected, nothing major) and within a few hours the site manager Will got in touch and offered to sort it out. Honestly, everyone has consistently gone above and beyond and most of all are genuinely good people.

I recently moved into my new flat and couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. From the very first meeting with Teresa and Rich in the sales department, who were warm, professional and attentive to every detail, I felt in good hands. They stayed by my side throughout the entire process and made everything so much easier for me.

The Customer Services Team, especially Lyn Woolfe with Will Lockett, honoured all their commitments and responded quickly to every query. When I moved in and noticed a few small snags, I emailed the list and a team was in my flat the very next day fixing everything. Will Lockett, sent me daily updates on the progress. Thanks to their dedication, I’m now happily settled in my beautiful new home. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in making my dream home a reality!

Rich & Teresa made the process of purchasing our new home in Brentwood easy and straightforward. They were both very quick to reply to emails and always kept us up to date with how the build was progressing. If there are any issues they are quick to jump on to help resolve it.

The advise, help and attention given to every query,no one could have done more to make my transition so easy.

I came to Weston Homes as a first time buyer not sure what I was looking for and they could have not been more supportive in guiding through the steps, helping me choose my flat and even after moving in with any enquiries, fixes or questions they have helped me throughout the process from start to finish. We’re settling in nicely at our new home and couldn’t be happier with the care and support we've received. Shortly after moving in, we noticed a few small issues-like a scratch on the kitchen counter, a chip on the shower floor, and a leak from the side of the bathtub glass gap. The Brentwood Central customer care team responded the same day and resolved everything professionally within 24 hours and.

A big thank you to Will Locket and his team for their attention to detail, and to Lyn Woolfe for taking quick action to ensure our home is comfortable and finished to a high standard. We’re very satisfied and truly appreciate the excellent service!

Amazing team Harriet, Lisa, Lucy , Sandy and Simon. Special thanks to Harriet and Lucy. From start to finish, the service was flawless. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear, response times were fast, and every interaction felt genuine and professional. It's rare these days to find such a high level of care and attention.

We have downsized from a large house to a new apartment which has not been easy. Valerie and Judy have been a great support to us and are always helpful and pleasant when we need assistance. Nothing is too much trouble.

Valerie was fantastic from the moment we met her right through to completion. Really knowledgeable, practical and always went the extra mile

I bought an apartment at Gun Hill Park, the sales team were lovely in the buying process. Some parts were difficult but overall happy.

The aftercare however has been really tricky and getting snagging work done seems to be painfully slow with the customer service team. Logging issues, getting replies and timely follow ups is very bad.

However, I cannot compliment Jamie from the site team enough when he attends to fix the problems at hand. It is not his fault that the customer service team are slow but he is always very accommodating, friendly and happy to help with any issues at hand. Even attending to issues which he finds when he gets here without me having to report it.

I wish the customer service team took our complaints more seriously.

I cannot fault the amazing flat that I’ve been able to move into, and any little snags are quickly sorted by Louie and the team from Weston Homes. I still pop in to see Judy and Valerie in the sales office to update them on bits and bobs and Sean was incredibly helpful when I had an issue and went above and beyond to help. Chloe from customer services has also been very helpful whenever I’ve needed something sorting.
Such a kind team who help really make the experience a dream as a first time buyer.
