Unhelpful, uncaring, non-understanding, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We arrived to the dealership at 3pm on a Sunday.
Teisha was our salesperson.
We received information about the car and were able to take it on a longer test drive.
After that, she answered our questions in the office.
They stayed open a few extra minutes to help make sure everything went smoothly.

I am so sorry to hear George Bedford problems. I have been dealing with the Colne branch now for more than 10 years and without any issues. Courtesy cars are not always easy to provide and I normally make suitable arrangements. If the total waiting time for a courtesy car is around 12 weeks, then how serious is the problem?

Elise and Ben were very professional, friendly and efficient. Elise worked to our very tight schedule and we had the best handover we’ve ever had - Elise showed us everything. All staff at the garage were friendly and polite. Super happy with the car. Every though we live over 2 hours away it’s where we’ll come for our next car to get such a superb service.

I have had an enjoyable experience buying my new car - something I thought I would never have the opportunity to express. Waheed, who looked after the whole process, has been brilliant; courteous, extremely professional, personable and friendly. Even offering his time and advice on his day off. After buying a £22,000 car in June found the sales department very good and was so pleased with my purchase. BUT it has since developed a problem and living out of the area needed a Courtesy car as they needed a day to sort out this issue. So had to wait 6 weeks before they could book me in when a car became available. The car was due to go on Wednesday to sort out the problem. But received a phone call today to say that no Courtesy car was available and have now have to wait another 6 weeks before they can now sort out my issue. Very unhappy and disappointed with the after sales service. Be aware!!

My dad put a deposit down on a second hand car and when we went to view it we had a shock what a mess i understand we were looking at it in its raw condition bit this car needed some serious work so it was declined this was on the 4th of this month, we are still waiting for the deposit back after ringing multiple times all we get is if you give us your number someone will ring you but they never ever do, its appalling, not all day at taking the deposit but they dont want to give it back, its left a real bitter taste and i would never contemplate buying from them now, jokers

From the moment I walked in the showroom I was well greeted, and Elise came to help me browse, after seeing a car I liked Elise talked me through the whole car & spec, and then sat down and went through everything with me very patiently. Elise did not rush the process and was not at all pushy. Upon collecting the car Elise sat in the car with me talking me through the whole car, and reassured me any issues to contact her immediately. Elise is definitely a treasure to the business. Fantastic buying experience. Would definitely recommend!

we bought two new cars 3 months ago..22/04/25. on colleting them both had scratches on them + 1 only had 15 miles of petrol in it .
Service manager arrange for both to " be fixed" .
8th July i was ask to return my car to have the scratched lights replaced . they did the replacement, well ,only half of it as they didn't order ALL pieces that were scratched.as for the second car, that had scratches on its wing mirrors , we are still waiting for them to be replaced.. after the Manager promises of " leave it with me, it will happen."

I had a terrible experience with West Riding Hyundai Bolton after a part-exchange:

After selling my old car, I received a DVLA penalty because the dealership left it uninsured.

The V5C for my new car was issued with the wrong name.

Instead of refunding the tax on my old car, they mistakenly cancelled the tax on my new car.

The sales team have been unprofessional and unresponsive. This has cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress.

I purchased a car from this dealership via the Auto trader site the initial service I received was ok.
The car was delivered at the agreed time/date however there was no service history or log book delivered with the vehicle.
I made several attempts to contact the dealership via phone and email after finally receiving a response I was told the documents should have been in the glove compartment and they would arrange for them to be sent out to me.
I further contacted the dealership on 10 occasions vis phone and email and was just ignored.
After 6 weeks I sent a final email where I told the dealership I was going to formally complain to the dealership head office.
On receipt of this final email i received an email with the service documents attached.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this dealership as the level of customer service is appaling.
