I have had such an excellent experience here servicing my car, Nicola especially was very friendly and helpful all the way.

I recently visited the Hyundai West Riding branch in Manchester and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Elise. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every detail clearly, answering all of my questions with patience and confidence. It was obvious she knows the Hyundai range inside out, which made the process of choosing the right car a lot easier and more enjoyable.

What really stood out was Elise’s pleasant and friendly attitude — she genuinely made me feel like a valued customer, not just another sale. She was never pushy, just supportive and informative throughout. Even after the sale was completed, Elise followed up with calls to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the vehicle. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

First as expected is trade in value, 5 star for trade in value offered, quality of new vehicle was of highest standard.

Staff on site were all friendly and helpful. Jack Taylor who did our sale was exceptionally proffessional and most helpful throughout the process and when we picked up our car.

I visited the showroom over the weekend to explore an electric or hybrid car .. poor enthusiasm from staff I want to know about your products and I want you to take me on that journey .. I tried to arrange a test drive couldn’t confirm on the day. I had to ask for a timescale for a call, I was advised I would receive a call on Monday and it’s now Friday .. I will take my business elsewhere!

As always a pleasurable visit as always .

Our tucson was recovered into this dealership due to an engine failure last year. It was eventually 'repaired'. However they left us without transport and were not interested in trying to resolve this, causing alot of inconvenience. On picking the car up it was not sounding right at all, lacking power. They were told this and we where told its fine. The car went back numerous times with complaints of not sounding right, lack of power, drivability issues, intermittent grindind and knocking noises and we were constantly dismissed and told its OK. It was then serviced under duress by them and again our concerns were not addressed. We then found numerous faults ourselves, clips for wiring harness not attached, bumper insecure, arch liners and undertray fixings missing,exhaust not attached correctly. Shortly after the engine failed again, severe knocking noise and lack of power. It was recovered again, this time to another dealership. It has only now come back to us after having a new engine. Further issues were also noticed whilst this work was done, west riding had allowed the vehicle to be given back in an unroadworthy dangerous condition.
West riding have been obstructive, evasive and lied to us. Hyundai UK have also not been helpful or supportive in this matter. I believe west riding have shown negligence at a criminal level and endangered us.
They will not respond in anyway at all, shown total disregard to us as customers and failed the brand at the highest level.

Had a overall great experience at hyundai bolton , had a few issues that were sorted quickly , professionally & in a extremely courteous manner predominantly by Chelsea the sales advisor & Dave the service manager , thank you

I had good experience form my visit
Nicola was very informative and professional in her field.
I wish I had her before as an advisor when I visited so I could have better understanding of my warranty running out soon.
She recorded all the issues regarding my car on the system but in my previous visits the former advisors failed to record the issues which may cost me dear to fix.

Didn't feel welcome, looked like my enquiry was too much effort for the young salesman. Not helpful at all and I was a returning customer. Took my business elsewhere. Very disappointing since the change of ownership.

Very professional and service with smiles. Elise is always ready to help and explained everything very detailedly that I am very impressed by her experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We settled on a price both in person and over the phone. They promised they’d rectify a few issues with the car before I purchased. Then tried to pressure me into putting a deposit down of £1000. I insisted on them sending me everything in writing first which they clearly didn’t want to do. On the email they then increased the price and stated they’d “look into” less than half of the issues we’d agreed on. Clearly they had no plans to rectify the problems and were hoping to pressure me into paying the deposit and then increase the price!

Do not buy here they’re not trust worthy at all! Absolutely shocking.

I went to order a part for my car and half an hour waiting to be seen by advisor called Charlie,i asked to get back to her tomorrow and 3 times called in different times and didnt bother,finally i managed to speak to her and was absoloutely rude,unhelpful,disgraceful attitude,said to me cant order a part for me and hang up.im very disappointed with customer service awful

The person, who actually...finally, solved my "problem "with my new car and a "Window situation "..and explained everything fully..was..the technician, who had worked, on my car..and I am hoping, I have correct name..Kezysztof Salata...Jodie.. and Sam..were also very helpful..in listening..and organising..the Car service..
