After all the years I've been using WeTransfer, as soon as I am coerced into paying for the service... the transfer runs into trouble. I am still waiting for the transfer to get past 77%. Rubbish.

Cancellation Attempt

I used this service once and cancelled it during the cooling off period. I got an email saying that they were cancelling my subscription, that was last December. They have taken money from my account every month sine. I keep emailing them but no response.

No complaints here

My experience with WeTransfer has always been positive. I have done both the free and the paid version. I stopped using the paid version because my business changed and I didn't need to transfer as many large files as often as I once did. But if that changes, then I will renew my paid subscription to WeTransfer.

I use WeTransfer every day for my business, and it's earned a permanent spot in my workflow for good reason.

It's fast, reliable, and dead simple to use. No account required for recipients, no confusing steps — just upload and send. My clients always receive their files without issues, which is exactly what you need when professionalism is on the line.

For anyone handling large file transfers regularly, WeTransfer is a no-brainer. Five stars.

Zero bad issues here!

I have been using WeTransfer for a couple of years now. I have had nothing but a great experience with each transfer, in and out. It's convenient, fast, and reliable. No muss, no fuss. I recommend it to colleagues and friends, and I hear nothing but good feedback. I know there are other companies out there, and I've tried two of them (recommended by other people), but I keep coming back to WeTransfer.

NO BRAINER. Subscribe!

Tried to 'do it for free' for months before just paying for it and now it's a NO BRAINER and I can't believe I waited so long. Worth every penny. Had trouble one day out of the past 365 and it was so easy to fill out an online report to ask for help making it operational again. It was like magic - things were back up and running before anyone could even reply to my request.

WeTransfer - a vital service for our music projects

I have relied on WeTransfer as a vital solution to for transferring large files for various music projects, as an artist, producer and record company owner. While there are other solutions out there, WeTransfer has filled the role beautifully.
So far, we've been using the free version, and yes, it would be nice if we had more than three days for a file to be downloaded, it's hard to complain. The plan is to bump up to a paid model when the demand requires it. But we're very happy with WeTransfer at this point/

I canceled my subscription on …

I canceled my subscription on we transfer for the full year I paid for after second term I had no need for the service still got charged and they refused to get my refund back very bad business practice I think that applies to everyone!
