Great communication throughout and once ordered was really quick delivery and really good quality items.

Terrible returns process, returned an item two weeks ago. Was delivered back well over a week ago. Still no refund , no email nothing. I buy online all the time and your competitors are not only quick to sort any issues out but do not hold my money when the goods have back for over a week. Certainly not a hassle free returns policy and on top of this I had to pay for the return. Will never purchase from this company again.

I agree that when you order the service is very quick and efficient.
But like many other companies they are not so good when things go wrong.
I made an order and when it arrived the packaging was damaged and 2 x paddles had fallen out.
I sent photos and ring doorbell footage clearly showing this.
Emails not usually answered so I had to keep calling them.
They said it was priority but I am still waiting. Not knowing what is actually happening due to lack of communication.
A true mark of the company is how issues are dealt with not just how quick and efficient orders are if all goes well.
Anyway got a kayak with no paddles now

Wore my Gill Dinghy Drysuit in a race on a gusty day yesterday and had my first capsize.
The Gill drysuit I bought from Wetsuit Outlet had never been submerged before and even though I thought it was designed and sold on the premise of keeping me dry, it started filling with water and pulling me down in the middle of the river Thames,
The safety boat crew had to really struggle to pull me into the rescue craft as the water up past my knees inside the suit really weighted me down.
I also needed assistance to get from safety boat onto jetty because of weight of water that was inside "drysuit".
Spectators at the club were surprised with how much water was inside my "drysuit".
Instead of protecting me, this Gill Dinghy Drysuit failed to keep water out, it resulted in me having hypothermia and could have dragged me to the bottom of the Thames.
Regarding reply from WSO and reading some of the other negative reviews I think Excellent Customer Aftercare should be explained to them
The extreme situation of a hardly worn, less than a year old "drysuit" filling with water and pulling the wearer down the first time it is in water is not acceptable.

I ordered a high quality kayak jacket, which was sent to me in Norway. As it was the wrong model, I returned it and ordered another.
Sylvie in Wetsuit Outlet has been just wonderful and fixed refund for the return and for VAT/tax I had to pay for the first delivery.

Thanks for the best customer service, I recommend them and will ordrer from them anytime.
