Great customer service from start to finish. We visited the showroom yesterday with my partner, and Sara took the time to show us all the massage chairs in detail. She clearly explained how each one works, the differences between models, and helped us understand which options would suit our needs best.

She was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable asking questions and trying everything properly. Overall, a very professional and helpful experience. Highly recommended.

First off I'm not Ai.Im really happy with the chair I purchased the Weyron Cocoon massage chair and the quick, efficient shipping. Everything was in great condition on arrival and installation by the Weyron engineers was first class. I was also impressed with communication emails I received making sure everything was to my satisfaction from explaining all the different functions to helping me specify the chair. Im 6 weeks in now using the chair and seeing great improvement's in my mobility, sleep and generally overall feeling fantastic. I would highly recommend the guys and chairs at Weyron.

Update: instead of taking responsibility for their poor service, the company is trying to get my review down, claiming it’s coming from a bot. It is not - it is a genuine review which reflects 100% our experience.

This also makes me think that they must have been taking down other unflattering reviews, and only keeping the 5-star ones (which may not be real reviews at all).

This company is a total scam. The pictures on the website do not reflect the reality - the colors are edited. They charge £200 for returns, and there is a catch - once you see a model in a shop, regardless of the color, they absolutely refuse returns. How I wish I never had to deal with these people. Please take all necessary precautions.

Absolutely love this chair. We recently had to contact customer service as something wasn't working. They came today and it was absolutely outstanding service. Plus we got few more tips on the what programs are what. Highly recommend this company.

Chair delivered with care, and it is amazing to use! Operating the screen may appear to be complicated at first, but after a couple of uses it is very simple to operate. My family loves it!

You may wonder why it has taken me this long to review our Wayron Cocoon 2 4D massage chair.

Well that’s because it is so relaxing you don’t want to get out of it, OMG amazing.

We had been thinking about a massarge chair for a while and tried a demonstration of a different brand which made us think you only want to invest once, so after a few calls talking to Daniel at head office in Milton Keynes who was very helpful, he recommend a couple of chairs to look at so we decided to visit the Hammersmith showroom and was looked after by a very professional young lady called Lorena, she was able to answer all our questions and demonstrate any chair.

Delivery was fast and again very professional, the two guys were helpful and the instillation was smooth.

We are still learning all the programes of the chair as we have only had it a couple of weeks but we are already feel the benefits, especially after a day in the garden picking up leaves then a hot bath and a relaxing massage, you get the best nights sleep ever.

Honestly we would recommend Wayron and its helpful team all day long, no pressure and vey professional.

We did make the correct choice!

Owned one of the chairs for over 11 years and its been fantastic.
We recently had an issue with the lead to the remote control (one of the kids broke the connector) and so we put a call in to customer support to see what our options were. Oana and colleagues could not have been more helpful - provided a solution really quickly and we were back up and running again within a few days.

We bought a massage chair 10 years ago and we are still enjoying it as we bought it for us to use at home! Yes it was not cheap but we thought it was a worthwile investment and we still do! Now we would not be without it. We found communication was always easy with Daniel and the staff, every question explained, we were kept informed throughout the buying process. They went above and beyond and we have only words of praise about the product and the people of this company!

The purchasing experience was fantastic. I was able to have a private appointment and enjoy the massage chairs in a low pressure environment (MK and the west London branch). Both staff members were knowledgable and friendly. I was able to make a purchase and delivery was tailored to my availability (on a Sunday). The team set it up and since then I have enjoyed the Grand Serenity 4-5/weekly. Special shout out to Daniel

This company doesnt allow you to pass on the warranty so if you buy a secondhand one or pass it to a relative or anything in-between, be it youve only had it a couple of months they say the warranty isnt passed on, which i find absurd, especially the price of these things, wouldnt recommend them as the one i bought grand royal 2022 has problems with the motor/circuitboard and the parts are extremely expensive

I bought the Weyron Monarch chair about 5 years ago and it's truly valued and used by the whole family. It's become a regular session almost daily as it helps distress and revitalise the tired body.
Would definitely recommend buying.
Having said that my chair recently has developed a fault where it keeps switching on and off during sessions. I need to get the Ci.pany to get someone round to diagnose the issue.

We bought a massage chair from Weyron about four years ago, and have been very happy with it ever since. Recently we called them to come out and service the chair, and they got us booked in very quickly and with no fuss at all. The team that attended were punctual, polite and very professional. Recently purchased a chair following the visit to the showroom in Milton Keynes. The gentleman who went through all chairs was so knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Originally our delivery date was 2 weeks from date of purchase for the chair we wanted, however due to our family personal situation I asked if the company could deliver it earlier. Within 2 hours I received a text to confirm delivery in 4 days. This service was outstanding and I was so grateful. The gentlemen that delivered the chair were so friendly and kindly spent time with me and my husband going through the functions of the chair. My recent experience was been outstanding and I would highly recommend Weyron. The chair itself is absolutely amazing. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

We met Lorena, who patiently helped me try out different chairs until I felt satisfied that I had found the right one for me. Thank you, Lorena. Well, I’m lost for words, I’ve been an UK registered osteopath for 22+ years and treating mostly back pain in its various pathology. Other than red flag pain (severe pathology, CES, Serious disc issues, cancer etc…) I’ve mostly treated and managed mechanical and inflammatory back pain with mostly successful outcomes

In that time I’ve never had personal treatment for any back issues from any osteopath or any therapist myself although I do get regular stiffness and general aches and pains after exercise mostly and likely to be age related

But since yesterday, it’s almost a miracle that after 3 separate sessions (day of chair arrival and installation) and 2 today (20 min sessions and mostly trialling each one) my back feels totally like a 20 year old and not 60 year old !!! Amazing feeling. I do feel like things are meant to happen for reason in life and after reasonably extensive research into massage chairs, the company and reviews on WEYRON, I decide this is the road to go down. Daniel was very courteous, polite and helpful and most of all not overly pushy or pressurising us to buy. This would have been very off putting. It all stacked up for us, once we knew this was the one, great chair, price, customer service, the next was the delivery and installation. That wasn’t disappointing either, when the delivery guys arrived when they said they would, they were equally polite, respectful and got on with the installation which took no more than 20 mins, a brief demo which was pretty straight forward and off they went. The whole buying process from start to finish was just amazing and can’t recommend WEYRON enough
