K7 piece of crap!
Dear karcher, i bought a k7 direct from yourselves order no 1813671796
I have been onto you to try and get a refund because the k7 you sell is not up to the job the Lance is weak and for 180 bar of pressure it doesn’t do the job my previous 140 bar jet wash with the individual nozzles was far more effective, no hose reel on the back so holes always falls off nowhere to put the plug absolute joke. And clearly your cutting corners on your machines. Feel free to reimburse me and take your machine back and this review will come down.

This company doesnt allow you to pass on the warranty so if you buy a secondhand one or pass it to a relative or anything in-between, be it youve only had it a couple of months they say the warranty isnt passed on, which i find absurd, especially the price of these things, wouldnt recommend them as the one i bought grand royal 2022 has problems with the motor/circuitboard and the parts are extremely expensive

Stay away from this company. I paid £5,000 for a chair, within 2 years its broke. I contacted the company as its a mechanical fault and they advised that the warranty cant be transferred to a new owner (my friend bought the chair initially). They refused to assist despite saying online they will give free troubleshooting help, also they have clearly lied about a 3 year standard warranty. Considering you pay such a large amount for a chair, the service is awful. The pricing they quoted for parts was also £350+ £160 callout (they increased the price after i left a bad review). Would definitely not buy from them again and i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking.

Please dont go here they ruined my my teeth and i only had fillings, im from Manchester, uk and went to get teeth whitening with some small filling where my bottom gums have receded but now the fillings after only months have fallen off and they damaged my teeth which the dentist said it wouldn't
