The whole process was very easy. Telephone calls were pleasant and informative. My only criticism was that I was not updated of progress through the workshop. I only knew it was going to be delivered because the delivery company told me so. They were very, very good keeping me informed right up to the point of the scooter arriving. A company I would recommend.

Bought a new Sunnis terrain and got a great deal, delivered a few days after order placed and couldn't be happier, delivery driver was a great young man and couldn't be more helpful,
Customer services are also great, emailed a query and they phoned back in a few minutes with all the info I needed.

Purchased a scooter from whateverwheels this month, a week later I noticed on there website. That the scooter I paid for a week earler had been reduced in price. I called the dealership to see if I could have the same discount. And whateverwheels where more than happy to give me the same discount. Three days later the money was paid back into my bank account. I was kept in the know at every step of the pdi process and was given a time and date that suited me for my new bike to be delivered. This is my second purchase from whateverwheels. In the past five years. And i only used whateverwheels again because of how well the company treated me the first time round.buying my first ever brand new bike. My riding buddy is so impressed with my new scooter and the info that I have relayed to him about how good whateverwheels have treated me both times, That he is going up to there on Saturday to order the exact same ride as me. Brilliant company to deal with, can't rate them enough.

Good product but was wrong size this was my fault never new how to measure a chain so I got it wrong but these guys helped me to get the right 1 cheers

By the time we chose a bike it was closing time but the staff kept back and got our finances in order well after closing time. We were looked after from entering the showroom to leaving. Great staff. Good selection of bikes. I Will use this company again for the next one.

Staff at dealership were very welcoming and helpful, quick to answer questions and provide assistance when required, was offered a hot drink whilst I browsed which was a very nice touch

What a great experience! never purchased a scooter over the phone before. I called and spoke to a very helpful man who took my order and kept me informed throughout the process. Since I live at the other end of the country I used their delivery service and the scooter arrived this morning with excellent service from the delivery team. It even came with the tank full of fuel. Registration was easy and I was on the road very quickly. Thanks everyone for a great buying experience

Very good service, bike well supported in the van.
Friendly delivery man, explained all the paper work and a very substantial handover explaining the operation of all the controls etc.

Fantastic purchase process from start to finish. Friendly and extremely polite staff. I absolutely love my new bike. Would recommend Whatever Wheels all day long.

Great staff , great delivery , great moped , amazing service overall

Great showroom plenty of space to get a proper feel for the bike. Great price for the bike. Good advice advice from sales team. But make sure you get their servicing prices in writing before you take it for a service or you may get a shock.
